This guy has an unreal physique for a 52 year old. Those test boosters must be legit!
A low dose of steroids is why he can blow up so quick from 240s to nearly 300 while maintaining a lean physique.
The guy started working out as a teenager. He didn't start working out at 52. If you train naturally you'll keep your muscle for life. He uses test boosters which raise testosterone greatly. Not quite the same as roids, but definitely have some similar properties. Most people retain size on test boosters or creatine. The guys on steroids always lose it after a while.

It’s easy to say you can eat a ton of carbs when cutting when you have tren on your side. But for all the real nattys cutting carbs and upping protein and lowering calories is what will get you naturally shredded
I agree, I had to cut carbs and go on a keto diet do to my blood sugar levels being pre diabetic. But ever since I've cut out the carbs Iost 50 pounds in 5 months and have been getting ripped and fit. People say fats make you fat. Not true at all alot of sugar is what makes you fat. Burger, fries, sodas, cake, donuts, pizza all tha junk is horrible amounts of carbs that can make you diabetic.
I’m confused on the philosophy here. I hear “keep up the carbs” and “keep calories high” then on the 30-day blitz there are fasting days and very low carbs. After those 30-days then how do you maintain that with such low carbs and fasting days? Maybe I’m missing something just wanted to know what others thought?

@@EssDubz That's cool, doesn't work for everyone. But There's more to it than that though. I do a 50/50 0% fat greek Yogurt, 0% Fat Cottage with sweetener, then add in no sugar added Jam. 250 Calories Huge serving. Like a fruit on the bottom Yogurt. Then theres the Flatout protien wrap. You can make all kinds of things with these. Pizza, Anchilata wraps, with either ham or chicken inside, depending on what sauce you want to use. There's 0% fat Cheeses. I usually divide my days into 4x 500 calorie meals when cutting. Each meal I get a huge wrap and a huge pudding. My problem is night time eating not morning, So I will wait 2 hours before I eat my first meal. Then eat the first 3 meals 4 hours apart after that. Then I will wait till almost bed time before my last meal usually 4 hours or so after meal 3. So I don't binge at night. I've been cutting consistently since doing it this way. Anyway you gotta figure out what works for you! Good Luck!
Here’s the thing I’ve never understood. If I am fat with a big belly, why can’t I eat in a deficit with loads of protein and still put on muscle? Why doesn’t my body just take the fat of my body for the energy it needs whilst it’s building new muscle with the protein I’m eating?
It will if you are on a good amount of gear. As a natty you will just lose muscle and store more fat trying this. Gear makes every stage of building a physique so much easier.
