@@karlafox5975 Such was her concern for her children and the priority they held in her day-to-day life, that they haven't lived with her for years rather than with her ex-husband and their loving stepmother. They will miss her for a time but in the long term they will come to dislike her for her profound selfishness.
Just because she was selfish in her actions, doesn't mean her children won't mourn her and continue to love her. A child always has a need to be loved by parents as sick as they are, I went through this with someone and at 50 they're still looking for that love of a parent . The children and home owner are the ones I'm sorry for.

A reminder of how the rich, famous and beautiful, deep inside, sometimes live miserable tortuous lives far more painful that the pain that affect so called common regular people! It is as if the rich, famous and beautiful have to pay a big price for what was “given” to them whether by nature or by fluke or sheer luck! So sad not only for Anne but for the secondary victims including her children and those who knew and loved her, and yes, of course, for the lady who lost her house and almost her life! I want to know about the last few weeks of her life. What caused her to go on this reckless driving rampage? Is this something she’s done before…was she angry about something?
She had a lifelong history of highly erratic behaviour resulting from drug and alcohol abuse. Like myself and many others, she was a Survivor of childhood abuse but that doesn't give her or anyone else the right to endanger the lives of innocent members of the public. She's a total disgrace.
I also want to know what went wrong in the last few weeks.
Like a few months ago she was all about living the best life and overcoming trauma...but she seemed to be obviously on substances/intoxicated.
On the last episode of her podcast, she and her friend were downing vodka with wine chasers. She said she was having a really bad day. I haven’t heard the entire podcast, so not sure if she ever elaborated on what was going wrong in her life? The podcast was taped a few days before her crash.

This is best guess on my part. It looks as if she was suffering from a mental illness. Her father had schizophrenia, and mental illness has a genetic component to it where it can be passed down from parents to their off spring, then will be manifested under stressful environmental conditions, such as a troubled childhood. Anne had a pretty troubled childhood, and had a complete break down in 2000, after she broke up with Ellen, and was committed to a psychiatric hospital. I strongly believe Anne inherited this predisposition towards mental illness from her father. It will usually come out in a person's life in early adulthood, early 20s, even up to the early 30s. When Anne had a severe mental breakdown, she was 30. She may have had bi polar illness or episodes of major depression. Instead of taking medication, she self medicated with alcohol and drugs. This is why when you see her in some videos here on YT, she appears intoxicated. Right before she drove her car into a house, she was at this small business, and was talking to a clerk, and even had a selfie taken with him. She didn't look so well. So either she decided to end it all because she didn't want to suffer anymore from the symptoms of mental illness, depression, or she had some type of hypo mania, either from drug use, alcohol, or bi polar disorder, or a mix of the two which caused her to drive at a high rate of speed, regardless of what the consequences were.
When it comes down to it, we can't really know until someone, those closest to her, starts putting pieces of her life together, her history, last periods of her life, have an autopsy done on her perhaps, then come up with a possible reason.
She had a Meryle Streep quality,She could have played her sister, even daughter they can look similar That understated,calm beauty

And there’s a video of her nearly killing a person as she flew down an alleyway right before she crashed into the house. She missed that pedestrian by inches and kept flying at a high rate of speed through an alleyway. Condolences to the family but you’re right, most people seem to be ignoring the fact that she placed others t risk. Because she is a celebrity it seems people place her on a pedestal, she was just human like everyone else. Being a celebrity doesn’t make you better than everyone else or above the law. Whatever was causing her reckless behavior is sad and it’s terrible that her life ended this way. Her children are the ones who will suffer mostly over this loss and that’s heartbreaking but I won’t celebrate her actions in the end. She could’ve killed any of us , our family members and friends by her actions at the end.

My mom & I watched Anne on the soap opera Another World after school. I was in middle school & my mom worked from home. My mom would often say how talented Anne was at such a young age & Anne wld hv a very successful career. Anne played two characters on Another World and it was her first major acting role. It was like watching a veteran actress. I did get to see Anne recently on video being her funny & vibrant self w/ her friend @ the ECB in Los Angeles. RIP Anne💚💚

Abuse and trauma will kill a child, it will just take into their adulthood to actually do it. Heche carried a heavy load. It's testament to her alone that she was able to not pass on or perpetuate abuse and trauma and she produced two apparently emotionally healthy boys who I hope will do alright in their lives losing their mom so soon - has an ex who still speaks well of her and she apparently endeavored to be kind and as stable as she could manage. You did well Anne. It's ok. You rest now.

That's so unreal. Immediately after her accident as she was being taken away from the scene on an ambulance stretcher by the way Anne was setting straight up and flaying her arm's around you wouldn't have thought that she was terminally injured and that's So Scary and Strange. RIP Anne. Nobody can say that you didn't do thing's your way.

This whole thing is so strange to me.. why was she traveling at such a high rate of speed? The blood work from the hospital indicated she had cocaine in her system. Was she suicidal? Anyone hear differently?
Why are many celebrities depressed, and or use drugs, alcohol? They have fame, fortune, happy healthy children. Why? I am considered, a middle class earner. Although I have financial hardships, I don't own a home, the place where I rent has restrictions, e.g. no pets, satellite dish on the roof, no washer, and dryer hook up, only street parking, I drive a 2014 Honda Civic, and I don't have children. I don't use alcohol, and drugs. I am still content.
Because they got damn good at creating versions of themselves incarnating always. When film parts come up, they adhere to that part like it IS WHO THEY ARE. Sooner or later down the line it catches up to them, because they soon have that ex. unresolved, abused, sometimes raped and assaulted childhood, they have to deal with it. They can no longer compress it down, so drugs and alcohol is a quick fix to numb the pain, and pass out i.e. cocaine/drunk, and wakeup the next day forgetting what happened. But, it starts to rear its ugly head almost daily and the drugs and alcohol must be increased to put it out like a fire. In Anne's case, it was overflowing almost daily. She was clearly at the end of her rope. Question: Why didn't her sons notice anything? did she have the right to see them? What about Abigale, why didn't she come and see the condition she was in BEFORE she took her life...

I understand that abducts have a difficult time getting clean. They are sick and can only think of themselves and when and how to get their next fix. Although they love their family, they do not think of the repercussions of their behavior. If a person has suicidal tendencies, one hopes they will not fulfill his or her desire in a car, which involves innocent victims who want to live.

The kids won't be left with much after the estate pays out the homeowner, renter, damages, medical bills, etc. I think I read her net worth was only about 4 million which is crazy since she worked on so many films, etc. Hopefully she has some kind of insurance or residual/royalty income coming in. She was in a store before the accident buying a wig and had a conversation with the owner. He claims she did NOT seem impaired. It is possible that after she left she ingested cocaine not knowing it was cut with fentanyl. A large number of people OD or die when they unknowingly buy black market drugs and they are contaminated with fentanyl. I am not defending her use of cocaine, just saying that cocaine itself doesn’t explain her crash, and they did find both in her toxicology report
@@nicolaxoxo1 I thought the same. The guy who sold her the wig said she was fine, didn’t appear affected by drugs or alcohol. She looks relaxed and peaceful in the photo they took together. That was only 10 minutes prior to the crash.

@@harryricochet8134 I'm sorry for your pain and I do understand. Few people have escaped the reality of childhood abuse and the destructive behavior behind chemical abuse. However to rejoice in the death of a fellow human being... who was also a survivor of childhood abuse that likely led to her chemical dependency and negative behavior... seems just another expression of disrespect. I did express that my opinion is my own, now RUclips has yours documented as well. I hope the rest of your life finds you with kinder people than the early part.
@@charlenejohnson309 I think you entirely fail to understand the nature of my unremitting and total disgust with this individual, so I will take the time to explain it to you and perhaps broaden your perspectives. My opinions are entirely informed by 52 years of personal experience, the first 16 of which were spent in the State resourced legal custody of an individual who subjected me to daily criminal torture which left me profoundly disabled. This 52 years, is a period of time similar to the length of this individual's life that was solely foreshortened by the latest instance of her own very long serialised history of deranged and inherently dangerous conduct choices due to her freely chosen lifestyle of cyclical drug and alcohol abuse. People like this individual give the rest of us Survivors a very bad public image because they feed the most wicked, uninformed and unfortunately widespread societal confirmation biases about the character, conducts and capabilities of Survivors in general. I know this because in my own lifetime, without a shred of evidence, I have been accused of the most vile criminal predilections by the most ignorant members of society, simply as a result of their learning about what occurred to me as a child and a perception again solely based upon those events that this in turn must have resulted in me being a hereditary child molester.
Despite these views I have secured numerous Ministerial commendations in my capacity as a first responder for bravery 'above and beyond the call of duty' in rescuing a minor held at knifepoint and arresting the offenders whilst myself unarmed, freeing an adult from a kidnapping and assisting with the arrest of the offenders as well as individually arresting a number of violent offenders in other situations. Similarly, I have on occasions been treated in a manner which shows that a great many people believe that Survivors of these crimes are deranged, unbalanced, unreliable and of a generally lesser character content, again without any evidence to sustain such views due to my behaviours. Despite this, I have led a life of hard work and significant personal as well as public achievement, including for the last 12 years, providing specialist probono legal advocacy on behalf of a great many of my Survivor brothers and sisters, however in doing so I have a hard and fast rule that I will not ever assist anyone who has resorted to any form of criminal offending against the person.
The largesse of character assessment which you seem to wish to express in some manner of perceived self-superiority, lacks in its entirety any comparative personal experiential to permit you to impose this upon someone who has actually walked a very similar journey in life to this deeply deranged and utterly self-centred individual, who has thankfully removed herself from society and thereby ended the threat she elected to impose upon innocent members of the public in the last moments of her life. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Cheers.
