I had been thinking of this for a while, and i needed to know how to "do it properly" and this helps get me started!.
-I have an immune disorder where if i am exposed to something too long i can become allergic to it because my body thinks it is a disease,
so now i think i became allergic to my tissues, and i use a LOT, and now they make me feel like i will sneeze, and so to cut down on waste, and to undo the allergy, and dust,
This is a perfect solution!; Less paper-dust, and less waste, and more saving!, although i will have to get used to the new feeling.

I just started doing this this week. I'm also the same regarding throw away facial issues. I found fabric from a Goodwill charity shop as well as Walmart. The ones from Goodwill are for myself and someone I know. Its a Christmas present for him. The one from Walmart is for a female friend of mine. The great thing about this, is that even though my cut is different from yours, they are washable and environmentally friendly. Another reason why I went for this idea, is that I hated having filaments getting deep into my nasal passages because of having post nasal drip flare ups. Kindest Regards, Aiden Alamo.

This is a great idea..my cat likes to eat unused regular tissues(she's a little strange) so I keep them in a drawer where I forget they're there and I buy a new box..I have sinus issues so I need to blow my nose frequently..I've been thinking of getting handkerchiefs but they are not cheap, and I don't have the extra cash right now to waste on buying just a few at a time..this is an awesome solution to that..I have a few cotton T-shirts that I can use for this..so glad I found this video 😊👍

Sunshine MishasMommy hahaha that is so funny. I haven’t heard of cats eating tissues. That’s great. Yeah they really are expensive. You would think a small piece of fabric would be cheap. So happy I could help 😊☺️ and thank you for watching ❤️❤️

Paint stores and home improvement stores carry bags of t-shirt rags. My husband has same issue with nose and since he's also painter/trim carpenter, he buys these for both purposes.

Great video! I’ll totally be doing this. Do you think it’s a good idea to surge the edges to keep it from fraying?

Iris Zuckerberg Thank you! 😊❤️🙏🏼 you could hem the edge but I have washed mine multiple times and none have frayed or anything

I love your solution and also, sammmme, I literally wake up congested every single day, no fail. But some days it's better than others lol
Good luck to both of us, hopefully we don't have a serious illness lmao

I got a 6 pack of hankercheifs from target for 4.99 but goodfellow and co. 100% cotton and they are sewn edge which I find issues with cut products like this over time.

well done and thank you... I sewed around all of mine, but then I am a tad peculiar :-) I also cut a cereal box down to use as the tissue box...as I said I am peculiar
