Yes it does.
Flannel is a very absorbing material.
I cut some flannel with pinking shears, just to try the idea of unpaper towels, but when I washed them, they just wadded up. Do yours do that?
Naw you'd have to sew em
That’s why you have to serge them. Leaving unfinished edges will cause that. Also, you need to wash the fabric first.

Camilla Eizieiei Hello, her machine looks like mine and I love it too. It is the Brother 1034D.
It is a serger/overlock not a sewing machine.
