🔸4 Cups or 500g strawberries
🔸1/2 Cup or 100g sugar
🔸Zest of a lime
🔸1 Gelatin sheet (for the topping)
For the Crust:
🔺1 Cup or 100g digestive cookies (Mc Vitties for this recipe)
🔺1/4 Cup or 50g melted butter
🔺1 pack of vanilla sugar
For the Cheesecake dough:
🔹2 Cups or 500g cream cheese
🔹 1 1/2 Cup or 30cl heavy cream
🔹1/2 Cup or 100g sugar
🔹1 Tbsp or 15ml vanilla extract
🔹Zest of 1 lime
🔹5 Gelatin sheets
