    do you think you’d prefer to hit day 1 s+b primary then take a rest day before the b+d primary? thats how Swolfessor seems to set up training

      I find I recover fine with:
      Mon, Tue - Train
      Wed - Rest
      Thu, Fri - Train
      Sat, Sun - Rest
      Sometimes I’ll bump rest days for my primary deadlift days but it doesn’t happen often
