Excellent assessment. I never thought about Russell being the turning point, but yuh are absolutely right.
Early on he was making ‘check downs’ and scrambling for 1st, literally managing the game. As the Defense started to decline he became more of a downfield l, dynamic player having developed and gotten that experience.
It’s just hard to let a quarterback develop like that and be as patient, due in part to it being so damn hard to play D now given rule changes and offensive evolution.
Creates quite the conundrum for quarterbacks like Justin Fields, who has shown flashes, but wasn’t given a fighting chance because they were asking him to put up 30 points without even having an offensive infrastructure in place to even realistically fathom that.
With less D being played, it’s going to take some innovative offensive minds to help get this next batch of quarterbacks off.
Great Video, subscribed and keep up the great mindful content 💯

    Good assessment...
Lamar was better than jayden to Mr.
But jayden is qb 2 in this draft to me.....
Not bc he can't be better than Caleb, but it seems it's a forgone conclusion he's going 1st
