Single mother here who suffers anxiety depression. I have realized I only have my 3 girls and God. People can be so cruel even family, but I'm going to keep going for my babies and do what God says because I want to meet my Father in heaven, Jesus is Lord :)
I understand what you mean. I had a child by a married man. No one looks twice at him, but ppl have made me feel like I should be wearing a Scarlet letter across my chest. I got married and never was able to have a child by my husband. I had 4 miscarriages. The doctor told me I wouldn't be able to carry a pregnancy to term. I asked God to let me have a child and I give that child back to him. I didn't ask for a husband 1st or even a single man. I kept my promise to God. My child praised danced, was a Honor Student. I taught her to be a Proverbs 31 Woman. She has graduated with her PhD in Toxicology. She is married to a man who also chose to wait on the Woman God had made for him. He has 2 Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. They both work with the Youth in their Church. I have a beautiful Granddaughter too. Baby, you don't let anyone define your or your Children's future, except God!! My Daughter, is my GREATEST BLESSINGS!! NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE!! GOD BLESS YOU SWEETHEART! SHAKE OFF YOUR SHAKLES, YOU ARE FREE!!
As i’m sitting here crying in my room I realise that the only one that matters is God and that i’m never alone. My depression made me believe that i’m always alone, that no one loves me, that i will never be set free. But there is no bondage, every chain is broken.

This is true....it can send a wrong and confusing message to the world. Holiness spirit, soul AND BODY. I love the song and her voice as well...but it would be more effective if we looked different from the world on the outside. I went through that...but my eyes have been opened and I'm trying to obey God in glorifying Him with my clothing and appearance and realize my body isn't my own. It takes maturity to realize and accept these truths.
