Flyover par kaise charani hai , proper gear me ho gaddi , low rpm par rakhe.. mei 6th gear par 80-90 k beach rakhta hoon gaddi.. 70 par ate hi mei 5th gear me kr deta hoon. Half clucth se better hai chote gear me chaleye. Winters me proper gaddi garm krke hi chale. aur ye average 238km mixed conditions mei ek din chala k nikali hai. Aur city me 87km me 13kmpl ki average bhi di hai isne brim to brim. Instant average (at a time average) jo meter par show hoti hai apki driving skill vadia kar deta hai.

i have tata nexon xz+ petrol and in city i never get more than 8-10kmpl,on NH the maximum which i got was 19.5 without ac and closed window.normally on NH the mileage which i get is between 14 to 16 ,i dont know how you got 27kmpl after driving 10 km .
Not a big deal masterji. With my Zest petrol, single driver in eco-mode, I have been able to achieve 23.4 kmpl. But that is the top. Daily drive gives me 14kmpl. Lifetime average is 15.5 kmpl. Nexon would also be around that. At low gear driving Nexon should give 11-12 kmpl.
One can get maximum mileage on Highway by driving at consistent speed of 60km per hr. That's exactly what you did. I do not agree with your concept of switching to city mode at low speed to gain mileage. It's not like we'll get high rpm in eco mode.

Totally fake. I'm having having Nexon Petrol XZA+ and I'm getting only between 7 to 9 kmpl in Mumbai city and Mumbai Pune Highway combined. And to tell you precise we did a actual average test ( desi system) by filling the petrol full tank until the petrol spills out after the vacuum.... I just got 9.04 kmpl ( actual) from Mumbai to Pune and back . ( On board display milage was 14.3kmpl) In my city I'm getting onboard milage is 8.0 kmpl which is stuck at this reading only and actually getting somewhere between 6 to 8 kmpl in Mumbai city .

its true. all depends on driving technique. give me any car i can give you more mileage than company or arai's figures. me n my friend achieved 42kmpl reading of baleno diesel but even maruti's service centre guys didn't believed. that's why even after 11 years i dont feel any need of buying new car coz my estilo manages to get 19 in mixed and 22 on highways. just keep your car serviced at regular intervals. even cars need your love and attention. they are no lesser than your child, pet or family members. p.s. mileage figures obviously without ac.

He was just demonstrating how much mileage can be achieved. Don't think anyone will drive like that in real life. But in reality even if someone is driving very fast in this traffic conditions time saved will be much less. So smooth driving is much better, less stress and more mileage.

This is not heavy traffic. koi bhi petrol car constant moving between 60 to 80 will give you very good efficiency. If you drive it in peak traffic hours "inside" the city, bumper to bumper, where you cant even slot to 3rd most of the times , fuel efficiency will be in single digits. My NA 1.2 give 9 to 10, yeh turbo wali kahan se degi.
I will always use eco mode.. as it is still more power than maruti van...maruti van can climb 4 story hilly area...i hope nexon will do better than maruti van even in eco mode as it have more power even in eco mode compare to maruti van

One who own this car get the best estimate of variation of trip meter and actual milage by tank full to tank full method. In two to three times the variation km will be clear and then even the milage can be worked through trip meter. Like in my car I have experienced a variation of 1km between trip meter reading and actual milage.

This is not heavy traffic. koi bhi petrol car constant moving between 60 to 80 will give you very good efficiency. If you drive it in peak traffic hours "inside" the city, bumper to bumper, where you cant even slot to 3rd most of the times , fuel efficiency will be in single digits. My NA 1.2 give 9 to 10, yeh turbo wali kahan se degi.

I will always use eco mode.. as it is still more power than maruti van...maruti van can climb 4 story hilly area...i hope nexon will do better than maruti van even in eco mode as it have more power even in eco mode compare to maruti van

One who own this car get the best estimate of variation of trip meter and actual milage by tank full to tank full method. In two to three times the variation km will be clear and then even the milage can be worked through trip meter. Like in my car I have experienced a variation of 1km between trip meter reading and actual milage.
