I bought this new green one from the store and for some reason the front fans make a nasty noise, like a buzzing and howling sound. Moreover, at certain speeds, about 600 or 800. I bought two additional 140mm ones of the same model as the stock ones, and they still make noise when they are swapped (
I don’t know where to dig anymore. The top and back are very quiet. What could it be?
When is the Matcha Green variant being released to the public in any region? I'm in the process of purchasing for a build and have been putting off the case in hopes that that the Matcha Green'll be coming out soon, but I can't find any information anywhere about when to expect it.
Hey there! It's gonna depend on your region, but unfortunately here in Aus we haven't recieved any information yet regarding their ETA. But we will be sure to make some content when they are out to let everyone know :)
@@ThermaltakeAustralia Much obliged -- would you have any idea on a North American release? Also, I had initially planned to use the Ceres 500 but decided I'd prefer a slightly smaller case so the Ceres 300 is my plan now, but I'm worried running a 360mm RTX 3090 with a hotter CPU like the i7-13700k might be a bit too much heat for a case of this size. Do you guys have any input on that -- would I be better suited to the larger Ceres 500 or do you think the Ceres 300 with a decent CPU air cooler would be fine? Thanks again for the response.
@@ectoplasmyou'll be fine with this case. I'll recommend the noctua NH-D15 air cooler as it's comparable to 360mm aio. Make sure it'll fit in your case before purchasing

why wasn't the video card placed vertically?
So I bought one, but I don't see how to get at the front dust filter? The front plate doesn't seem to be removable?! PLEASE REPLY
Front plate removes grab the bottom and pull real hard then you can install other fans or clean the filter. I love this case.
Can u reply me plz!!! I have just brought a thermaltake ux200 cpu cooler and this having a 2 pin argb wire..... And unfortunately in my motherboaed haven't any argb port so can i connect it to the Argb contoller...? Or any other solution plz reply first!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🥺🥺🥺

The person who was in charge of design for the Ceres 300 should really be fired. Instead of keeping the front I/O fixed in the proper side position, that bracket up top for moving it removes 420mm rad compatibility from the front and any chance of fitting a 360mm in the top. One of the biggest smooth brain changes to a design I have ever seen on PC cases.
