@@PaulDarcy I think that I like Dawn a little better but I am waiting for the expansion for this to come out to see if that changes. Both are a different style of game and will always sit on my shelf. The only thing about this one is that you can get half way through the game and then skate to the end and just go through the motions. I will be watching until the end of this series to see your final thoughts. Have fun and good luck.
ah, looking forward to this one... I've played this a few times and really like it... I'm just starting a game playing the cops, so I'm hoping you give me some clues on how best to use them :) some things that I've found helpful.... one, avoid close combat where you can... the combat dice are such that you rarely do all that much damage, and adding biohazard cubes really catches up with you in the end... it's better to use range combat, and try and scrounge enough supplies to make that worthwhile... some of the factions have really nice range combat abilities that don't as much supply... two, when possible make use of your faction leaders... they all boost capabilites of their units around them, and that can really help... three, when using follow on actions I rarely move, it's not worth triggering those hateful events and you get free moves at the start of your turn anyway
I will need to play this quite a few more times (this being my first) before I could say definitively which one I prefer. For now though, I'm super glad I own both. Dawn of the Zeds is one of my fav games, and I'll see how this one lands in time. Thanks for watching along!
I do voting in the Community Tab on my channel. Coming up after this playthrough will be "A Touch of Evil" and more "Cthulhu Death May Die" Thanks for watching along!
Take care not to make it more complicated for yourself than it really is. Seems complex and wargamey at first, but kids can play (at least with some adult help). Enjoy!
Thanks so much, Paul!
Ha ha. Wish me luck! Thanks for watching along!
Been waiting for this one! Much appreciated! Good luck!
I'm sure this one is going to get Ugly! Ha ha. Thanks for watching along!
Wow ... Zombie games are one of my fav. types for sure ... and this one looks very cool ... should be a fun watch !!!
Same Designer as Dawn of the Zeds, so I'm stoked! Thanks for watching along!
have enjoyed this play through.
Thanks so much for doing this game, Paul. It’s one of my two favorite zombie games, the other being Dawn of the Zeds.
I love Dawn of the Zeds! I'll see how I feel about this one after the complete playthrough, but so far it looks great!
Really looking forward to this one. This was my #1 game of 2023
How do you like this vs Dawn of the Zeds? I have to play more of it to make a decision. Thanks for watching along!

Thanks for the tips, and I look forward to this game! Thanks for watching along!
