    Hi! Is this flow specific to L herniated discs? If so, would you have a flow somewhere for C herniated discs (so affecting the arms, not the back)? Thank you!

    Please reply i have a disc protrusion since 5 month i have a little pain when i stand or sit for long time can i do pull ups and push ups or no pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee reply 💔💔💔

      Sometimes it can be a long journey to recover from a disc protrusion. We have had friends who haven't felt back to normal for a year or more. Keep on the path and try to do what you can do to make slight progress every day!
