Great tips! Is timeline view custom? I need to add that to my PD lost view. Also, is there a way to add Activity faster, from email for example. Often times activities are emails and I don’t use PD for email as it’s clunky and it would be a great way to easily send an Activity to PD from email client
@bjovicevic what do you mean by timeline view? You can add date fields (e.g. Lost Time, Deal created time) to any list view (Activities List view, Deal List view) by clicking the gear icon in the list view (min 2:36). I don't know of a way to add activities through an email extension, but there are lots of ways to add activities quickly using workflow automation! I've got some other RUclips videos about that, so feel free to check them out!
Hi Kris - Not sure if you meant to comment on another video as I don't talk about automation in this video.... but I'll do my best to answer your question. 1) If you're doing email automation, you can absolutely cc more than one recipient on the email. 2) Activities (as in this video) must be assigned to a single person, so that there isn't a shared responsibility for completing the task. However, users can see activities assigned to other users. In this video in the top righthand corner it says "Admin" - by clicking on that you can select to see activities assigned to "Everyone," assigned to another individual user, etc.

Is it possible to cc more than one person in the automation?
