It should be feet flat on the ground, relaxed legs, but I personally don’t even do that lol. I would focus much more on the upper body.

I'm still a little cloudy on what plucking is, I get it's one string at a time, but am I plucking strings like 4,3,2,1(c) 1(c7),2,3,4 and so on?
Those neck stretches look great, but fused from C3 to T2. Nice practice video. Your practices are going right into my uke practice book.
