DavidGTv there's certain websites that get passed THE BLOCK, or you could just get a VPN, but the best way to past THE BLOCK is to change your DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
for me changing the DNS settings never work, just get hotspot vpn. trust me i have experience in this field of expertise
just use tor or crack into the router lol. should be like 192.168.1.1. or something just open up cmd and type in "ipconfig"

There are channels that are specifically targeted. RUclips can claim that it's an accident all they want but yet they've proven they can whitelist channels and reverse things easily. But the same channels get hit consistently regardless of their content.
