  • Pretty waves pattern crochet baby cardigan tutorial, US crochet terms using a 4.5 mm hook with DK yarn. If you find for some reason you have gaps under the sleeves it is easy remedied by a small stitch. After the row 2 (increase row) you should have 58 sts, after row 4 (inc row) you should have 77 and after the last increase row 6, you will have 102 stitches.

    I would love to see you do more baby stuff dare I say even a blanket. I have wanted to learn these baby jackets for ever. It's something my Nan used to do and I loved them so much. I have learned from your previous video of just the three dc shell but I like this one with the waves so much. Now I am carrying on my Nanas 's tradition by crocheting these wee baby jackets and sending of three or five to our family in America. Also doing them for anyone that you know has had a baby or expecting a stork in the neighbourhood. Your videos are so clear precise and I just love them as I had looked at others but not quite got them I can read patterns but have to remind my self just do what you see written I am really a more visual person xx

    I have 77 stitches after row 4 and after row 5 I have 102 row six I have more just wondering how I can have 102 stitches after row 5 and not 6

    • @CrochetNutsTutorials
      @CrochetNutsTutorials  Год назад +2

      There is no increase on row 5, the increase rows are 2, 4 and 6
      After row 2 (increase row) you should have 58 sts, after row 4 (increase row) you should have 77 and after the last increase row 6, you will have 102 stitches.

    • @CrochetNutsTutorials

      It could be your tension so try with a size smaller hook and the cardi will come out smaller x

    Hi, are there supposed to be 3 stitches, including the chain 3, at the end of the 4th row of the fan stitches? There were 3 stitches at the end of the first 3 rows where it ended with a dc in the 3 chains. Everything was perfect up to that row. I took the whole thing out to start over again. Could you please clarify? Thank you.
