Five Weirs Walk Sheffield in 4K

- Today is Tuesday, August 11th, 2020 at about 9 AM. The weather is warm and sunny and I have to go to Meadowhall Apple Shop. But unfortunately, because of the "New Normal" with COVIT-19 and I did not book an appointment in advance, I had an appointment is at 12:30 PM.
Hence, I thought I would try "Five Weirs Walk, Sheffield" as far as I can.
This cycling and walking trail follow National Cycle Route 6 along the River Don from Sheffield City Centre to the Meadowhall Shopping centre. The route starts at Lady's Bridge in Sheffield City Centre, and heads over the Cobweb Bridge, past Bailey Bridge, and through Attercliffe to Meadowhall. Along the way, you will pass the five weirs from which the route takes its name. It's also a great way to see Sheffield's industrial past and present with lots of interesting riverside buildings along the way. The path is flat and well maintained so it's a good cycle ride for families.
The Walk was conceived, developed and steered to completion by the Five Weirs Walk Trust, a handful of enthusiasts bolstered by support from statutory authorities, private companies, local charities, national funding bodies and countless members of the public. Over a period of 20 years and more, the Walk developed from a bright idea to a keystone in the regeneration of the urban river corridor.
I started my walk from Meadowhall but only managed to Carbrook Street.
