INGREDIENTS
Makes 10 large cookies
130g salted butter
120g caster sugar
120g brown sugar
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
1 egg
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
160g plain flour
250g Caramelised White Chocolate
EXTRA NOTES
Oven temperature 180°C (fan bake)
The perfect chocolate for this cookie is the Whittakers Blondie Block but you could easily replace it for White or Milk Chocolate.
