I’m 55 from Pennsylvania… I just bought a 2024 sportsman 1000 Hunt edition about a month ago, it’s been a great machine so far except I got a check engine light last Saturday…. Engine runs fine. It’s not overheating. Power steering works.4x4 system works.. however when I push the mode button or the up-and-down buttons, they don’t do anything, or the yellow override button on the left handlebar doesn’t do anything. 😢 it’s brand new, kind of disheartening.
@@RoRoEndoftheRoad … well, the dealership has it. And their conclusion was the left. Handlebar controls are faulty and need replaced.. parts are on order expected to be within a week…. On a plus side, I will say, this is without a doubt the most powerful ATV I’ve ever driven in my life..
Thanks for the video. Very helpful!
Did you ever find out what 19-84 was? I'm also getting 19-190. Any help would be appreciated!

I agree. It is disheartening to have a brand new
Polaris and it has computer issues!

I have a 2023 eps hunting edition but I never had or wanted power steering. On a atv
According to my owners manual, it has to do with the speed sensor.
It's a bummer that it is brand new in having issues.
How can I turn off the turtle light on my bike?
84-19: Vehicle Speed Sensor, Received Network Data In Error
84-2: Vehicle Speed Signal, Speed Too High, Plausibility Fault
Whatever those mean...
Thank you for the feedback.
Very disappointing, but this seems to be more common than not on Polaris stuff.
I have same problem 😢
I'm sorry to hear that. I'm putting Dielectric grease on all of the connectors.
