My husband coaches comp baseball. At the beginning of the season he was showing the boys how to stretch to avoid pulling a muscle or something. In the process....he pulled his groin! Took 2 months to heal!!

I don't know if you are ever going to see this since I joined the Holderness fan club about about 2 years after I should have, but I got a spiral fracture in my foot from falling off a toilet...took 5 months to heal. Love you guys!
My brother 47 super fit walking down the street decides to jump pulls his hamstring and now today he is in surgery- getting old sucks. My husband reached to give his son a bottle of water a couple of days ago in the back seat of our car and threw his shoulder out. Things I used to be able to do no problem I can’t anymore! This song is so awesome!!!

I am 45 and don't stretch out. so like a idiot when helping family move trash that weighed a ton I lifted with my back and not my legs, I just of pulled muscles all over my back. I was rubbing icy hot on my back every night and day!!! love you guys!

I haven't laughed that hard in a long time! That's literally me!
My brother is extremely accident prone. He is 15 and has broken his elbow, wrist, leg, collar bone, many fingers. and also tore his mcl, pulled other muscles in his knee. When he broke his wrist he had surgery to have pins put in. And 11 days after his cast was off his wrist he broke his collar bone. He has been hurting himself pretty consistently every summer since he was 6, with maybe a 1 year break. He also currently has a sprained wrist.

Some of my two favorite things have been combined. |-/ and the Holderness family
I can relate my husband was sent via ambulance last winter for challenging our teenage sons to ice breaking contest. It sent him to the ER with what we thought was heart attack turned out to be a pulled muscle. He was 44 our boys 16,18
Thank goodness it was a pulled muscle but it's an expensive mistake. Penn went to the ER bc we thought his appendix was bursting but it turns out (after very expensive tests) that he was just really constipated.

We're in our 40s and this is so true. Especially about the medical bills. Six months of weekly chiropracter appointments when my husband tried to move a commercial freezer without emptying it (as I told him to). Ouch.
