Lo que me sorprende es la absurda cantidad de groserías que tenemos, jaja, si trataras de traducir todas las groserías dichas en este vídeo, los gringos leerían su amada palabra "fuck" cada dos o tres palabras, y aunque no seria una mala traducción, creo que dejaría afuera mucha de la riqueza del español del mexicano promedio, que si bien son pura pinches groserías, tiene lo suyo. En ingles seria sumamente monótono, y como no puedes traducir todas las barbaridades que Paco y compañía se avientan, pues no les queda de otra, jajaja.

I wish the footage for this series wasn't so desaturated in post-production. A little color correction would go a long way to really emphasizing the beautiful color of the food. As it is, everything looks very grey-brown.

I'll be in GDL next week. I can't wait to get some birria. There is no such thing as good birria in NYC and I have not had a good bowl since I moved away from Los Angeles. Los Angeles has a lot of Jalisco transplants so I grew up eating good birria. Best damn dish on earth.
