It is playable I play on Xbox one s it’s not bad at all runs very well. Just a bit slow sometimes though and sometimes in multiplayer I don’t see the really cool map infills with the helicopters

I upgraded to the series x a couple of months ago after buying it on impulse at local walmart when I saw they had them in stock. I was going to wait until next year at some point to upgrade, but had to do it now lol. I love my one s, but moved it to the bedroom as my main media hub in there. There is definitely a difference between the two when it comes to the graphics, especially for games that have smart delivery, games update automatically. once i plugged in my external hard drive into my series x, every game that had smart delivery updated automatically to x/s versions. Forza 5, Grid Legends, The division 2(which i still run from the external drive) MLB the show, etc, never drop frames at all. Halo Infinite was 30 fps on Xbox one s, solid 60 on series x and it's night and day the gameplay. I fully support companies still making last gen games since the new ones are still hard to come by, but for those of waiting to get to the new ones, you'll be amazed at the difference

And in game modes like ground war the detail at far distances is pretty bad on the Xbox one. But it can run the game. And if you just play multiplayer it should be fine
The X1 still with the big dogs. In certain moments it almost outdoes the new gen in image clarity. (And I'm an XSX owner.) Zooming in on the scenes for resolution is the way it should be done. I can appreciate the subtle differences more.

I have set a second desk with my OG Xbox One and a Freesync display, in general the range is between 48 to 60 hertz so it's near perfect with this game. With keyboard and mouse it's better than my friend I7 3770 and gtx980
Consoles made sense when pc prices especially gpu were sky high but now that its all normalized there isn't really any compelling reason to buy into a console since you can build a new pc for roughly the same price and get way better performance or drop just a little more money on it and get fantastic true 4k performance.

Even a toaster pc can run something like rdr2 or cyberpunk at console resolutions and settings at 30 or even 60 fps.
