Mary Wilson - was an American singer. She gained worldwide recognition as a founding member of The Supremes, the most successful Motown act of the 1960s and the best-charting female group in U.S. chart history, as well as one of the best-selling girl groups of all-time. The group released twelve number-one hit singles on the Billboard Hot 100 which set the record at the time, ten of which Wilson sang backing vocals on.

Mary Wilson was a Class Act. She stayed with The Supremes until the group disbanded. She went to NYU and earned her College Degree. She was also an activist. She got the Truth In Rock Bill passed that prevents fake groups from performing and the law states that in order for anybody to use a group name they must have at least 1 ORIGINAL MEMBER or they can't call themselves that group. She was also named Cultural Ambassador by the late Colin Powell. She also released 3 best selling books, 2 solo albums and scored a # 19 Dance with Time To Move On in 2015. Plus Florence Ballard who was replaced in 1967 had died in 1976.
