- Here I review the Enya Nova Go travel guitar after over a year of use.
They've actually gone down in price since the original review as well!

I'm very happy with this guitar overall and it has held up very well over the last year. I play it all the time and it's my go-to for traveling. Видеоклипы
Thanks for the one year review.
Absolutely! I still use it regularly. I keep it at my office (in the video) and take it when we travel.
I just got mine and I knew a cab sim impulse response (IR) will give it more acoustic dimensions and it actually worked pretty well. I used flamma cabsim pedal with Taylor IR I bought 3 years ago. For recording i bypass all the onboard effects except the compressor then reverb plugis on DAW, chorus and other modulation effects on DAW as well if needed . Reason being is that the IR should be the pre effects in the signal chain.
Thanks for the follow-up review. I just picked up the electric version (SP1) and it's pretty nice. I did change out the saddle for a compensated bridge saddle and it helped with the intonation on the higher frets. I've also polished the frets to smooth out bending. Other than that, it's a great guitar.
Like someone else said, it now ships with a padded gig bag. The bag is stiff, which is similar to the ones provided with the new Martins and Taylors, but the padding isn't as thick. I do like the larger front pocket to store accessories. It can also hold smaller songbooks but you may not be able to zip it closed.
That's a bummer about the case, it's definitely one of the things I like about the package overall. I suppose it's a pretty tough little guitar, so I still wouldn't be too worried about it even in a less-padded bag.
Did you ever replace the stock d’addario strings , just got mine and the bottom end lacks I figure a new set of strings should bring a bit back as I’m not a huge lite gauge fan
How to replace the battery of Enya Nova Go Sp1?
Which would you recommend, Enya Nova Go SP1 or Blue Lava Original?
I haven't played a Blue Lava Original, so I can't comment on those. I still do like the Nova Go.
Does it withstand better than woods if getting bumped?
Yes, for sure. It's a pretty tough little guitar.
sell it to me. How much?
I'm actually interested in it.
With my disability; "big" (normal) guitars are more complicated for me to handle (i'm short & all) and I have a steinberger but it's kinda heavy. It is ok because I can handle it, but if I can have something actually lighter than that too that would be something great.
I'm actually considering it
I would consider the electric version which would have more sound flexibility.
There is also a mini version of this guitar now. Enya Nova Go Mini
It no longer ships with that case it now ships with a half way decent bag - but it’s not a case and not anywhere near as nice…
That's a bummer. The case is what makes it travelable so well. I guess I'd probably still trust it in a soft bag in an overhead. It's a pretty tough little guitar. Still use it regularly.
Your whole video is of you talking and if I was going to play on RUclips I would definitely perform something I was good at playing and not a Hawaiian song designed for another instrument
