Hector, you have, once again, saved me from hours of research. Why don't I come here sooner? It was refreshing to see that you encountered the same problems I did with the batch entries and csv uploads. I was able to follow your method (stopping and rewinding many, many times!) and get it figured out. Thanks!!!
Hector, is there a way to keep the payment link turned on as invoices imported into QBO? I find out if not manually generate invoices but using Import data to import invoices I have to go into each imported invoice and turn on credit card or bank ACH for every invoice. Somehow, import data automatically turn off my setting. Please help!
Funny, just ran into this issue with a client this week. There used to be no solution, you need to turn them all on manually. I sent the feedback to Intuit
Does transaction pro work for sub customers? If not, is there anything that does? Is Righttool going away? I thought you mentioned that in one of your videos.
Hola, usted da cursos de Bookkeeping con Quickbooks? acelerado es decir que no duren mucho tiempo? Vivo en USA y cuánto cuesta? Gracias , usted explica excelente.
hello hector (or anyone who knows) : rather than import an invoice at a customer level can invoices be brought in at a project level? and how would this be done?
QBO won’t let me import invoices anymore. It worked fine, but now it says sales tax isn’t supported even though none of services have tax. I called support and no one can remove this sales tax or get the invoices to import again. This is unacceptable. Do you know how to fix this?
@@HectorGarciaCPA Thanks for the info. It seems like false advertising though because now the subscription is $10+ dollars more each month just to import invoices that I already pay QBO for and previously worked. This is not right.
I HATE HATE QBO. I miss the old QB desktop where u can purchase and be done with the crap. I tried several times importing and it rejects my item. Error: copy exactly how u have it example:Flowers:Roses:RedRoses I’ve done 21000:21100 21000 Sales: 21100 edu pack Sales:edupack Nothing works. It sucks. We use to be able to import just with numbers.

Yes Transaction Pro can work with sub customers and projects. RightTool is not going away. But RightTool doesn’t do Invoice imports (yet)

The process is the same, just put the project name in the customer filed like this: “Customer:Project”
Thank you Sir Hector
You welcome

@@SandraLongoria no fix for now. You will need to use a 3rd parry app like SaasAnt or Transaction Pro Importer to bring them in

@@TruckieLooks4Aliens it does suck… i would need to see it to see if there is something you are missing, sorry i dont have a quick answer
Can import invoicese with class ?
Not sure if the built in mechanism allows it, you might need a 3rd party app
as trying to use qb as a beginner watching tutorial is not enough for me
You need to watch 15-20 tutorials
@@HectorGarciaCPA is quick book only for small scale organisation like i have read about impairement is it done in quick book too or not
