Freddie look up Bison 1M if you are seriously into forearm and wrist training. Excellent tool.

bison is good to but not as stable as far as in good condition for years

I got the reg ver of the winder last month it works the forearms better then any other reg roller
its overpriced tho at 100 I think should be like 70 or 60
I first got it 2 years ago but it was defective it kept turning 1 side only so I thought I would try agian and thats when I bought it last month and both sides turn
folks get one and do 30 reps with 4 different positions mine have got more cut they wont get bigger tho not with the reg one I got
get this one if u want em to be bigger and cut but the price is crazy overpriced like 150 so I really dont think it's worth it when it's so limited and can only work the forearms
