    My first RUclips video I did on a case for the moto xoom back in the day, the owner of the company reached out to me, to tell me that I'm stealing money from his company, and taking food out of his kids mouth.
    It's part of the game, you just tell the truth, and the truth lands where it lands.
    Keep it moving, and they should make better products :)

    Not defending Bluedio, but are you sure it was sent from a legit Bluedio mail address? The cringe level of engrish, random spacing, shortened text and formatting just does not look like something sent from a legit office staff member.

    I feel you bro. Totally unacceptable behavior! So let me chip in and share my experience. Last year, during an Aliexpress promo...i bought 3 sets of Bluedio T6.... thinking it has be to an improvement from previous models ... it wasn't... mistake on my part. I was already aware they don't come with the type C to 3.5mm jack. But what caught me by surprised was the 3rd party cable that I bought did not work! So I contacted them... they said they are happy to send me the cable for "free" provided I pay a $7 shipping fee. This is a load of crap... it doesn't cost $7 for shipping from China to my country... which is just 3.5hr flight away. They are clearly SELLING me the cable.... but insisted it was free. So I told them... since I bought 3 sets... are they going to send me 3 cables for the $7 shipping fee? You know... on the account that the cables are supposed to be "free". Guess what? They replied to say in this case... I have to pay a shipping fee of $15!! That was my last piece of business with Bluedio. What a dishonest company that is just full of it.

      I own 5 different bluedio products. Bought and recommended for my friends also. Never got faulty one so I cannot confirm the support. But this unprofessionalism made me not willing to buy new Bluedio products! I am done with Bluedio brand. For me its dead.

    Hey my brother, I'm totally with you on your response. I've purchased the Bluedio Victory 2 twice. Both times I found myself totally disappointed. With 35 years as a tech specialist along with being a professional musician I have the knowledge in both areas. After troubleshooting their product for 2 weeks I sent the product back both times. I gave them a negative review on Amazon (where I purchased the product) and I share the negative reviews both on Amazon and RUclips with their representative. I appreciate you sharing and informing your viewers regarding your experience. We all work hard for our money. We don't want to waste money on product that doesn't work and worth a company that doesn't care. Thank again my brother. Blessings to you and your family.

    I have the T7 and after 20 minutes it's completely shuts down on its own regardless of what I try

      This video is from 4 years ago. I tossed all of those Bluedio headphones in the trash bin back in 2019.
      My advice is get your money back and stay away from this company. Buy from Sony, Soundcore, JBL, or 1more.

    Something similar happened to me. I bought a T4 a couple of years ago (from AliExpress) and because I really did not like it I wanted to returned them, but they asked me to make a video of me wearing them and explain/show what's wrong with the product. Also to send them back to Asia the shipping cost was more than half of their price (about £25 if I'm not mistaken).

    I had bluedio h(broke them) turbine then t2 plus and t2s before i knew about a lot of budget headphone brands. Time passed and I found more budget headphone brands and saw how they compare to bluedio I would never buy bluedio again. Also, I hate the amount of sound leakage all my bluedio headphones make, its really terrible.

    REAL & HONEST with all his reviews. Bludio is expecting to get a good review by "Giving" away free product like a bribe so they can have a good review.
    I bought a Bluedio TN, it only lasted for a month or two, After months of waiting. I was about to buy the Bluedio T6 and was looking for a good ANC heasphones before and then I came across your channel and saved me my money.
    One day El Jefe Reviews Channel will get a million subs & tons of reviews, Bludio will eat their words!

    I have brought a bluedio T6S and it didn't meet any of my expectations. First of all it doesn't produce enough sound when on wireless mode, everything is flat. If you turn the ANC ON then its even pathetic than normal. I raised a return request in aliexpress and these bluedio guys responded saying they want a high resolution video of the problem! WTF ? How can I show a low volume problem of a headphone in a video?. I was unable to return and I lost my money.
    Then they announced Bluedio T7. Which is having an added volume controls, so I brought this as an upgrade and same result. Nothing changed other than they added few extra buttons.
    The microphone in both T6 & T7 sucks... You cant make a call with it if you are out doors or in a public space.
    Never ever waste your money on this brand, I did and I regret.

    Hey i would like to buy bluedio tm but i regret my choice after saw this. Could you give similar options for me? I need wireless headphone with similar spec, Bluetooth 5, type c, and all round sound for monitoring with similar price. Cause i still didn't see replace on this option

      There aren't any. Your options will open up greatly if you drop the BT 5 and USB-C requirement. Especially at this price range.

So if Bluedio had listened to your feedback improved their product , there would have been others like me buying them after watching your review. In fact when i saw this video of yours i was under the impression that they sent you a new one to test so that you can give a positive feedback.

    Bluedio TM is my first Bluedio product. I think it may be my last. Their response is really immature and just asking for hate. Love your videos Jefe and keep doing unbiased reviews.

      @@madarauchiha4298 It does, but the earpads has since worn out to the point that it's uncomfortable to wear. I thought of getting new earpad replacements, but not only are they using proprietary earpads, they don't even sell them anymore. So the TMs I own are now kinda useless. I now keep them under my bed indefinitely. So yeah, the TM is truly my last Bluedio product.

      @@Fate_37 I found replacement earpads made of velvet for around $4 on Jumia shipped from China (I am yet to order them). To do the replacement you have to remove the plastic circle from the old earpads then insert it into the new one. I didn't end up buying the TN instead I got the BT5 which has a circular design on the earpads as compared to the slightly oval one of the TN. Just thought you should know there is a work around for fixing them...

    I actually gave Bludio a bad review because I had received a faulty product. A few days after I gave the bad review, they had contacted me via email and said they would send me a pair for free if I left a 5 star review. I told them no thank you and they kept spamming me about changing the review. Bludio really has to fix their customer service and quality control. Never buying a product from them!

      I had bluedio t4s and I looved the sound quality and the bass. But they broke down, and now I am looking for a replacement.
      I'm looking for a BT pair that has a very good sound quality, bass (like bluedio t4s or better) and has a *working* ANC( not like the ANC with t4s which was useless). I am not really anal abt ANC, but I just want something that can reduce a little bit outside noise without f-up the sound.

    Thanks for continuing to update your reviews. Today, June 20/19, Bluedio T5S is a lightening deal on Amazon for $30. Since I am looking for good, cost effective, ANC, I quickly went online for reviews. I wouldn’t have bought them once I saw your review on sound quality disappearing when ANC is turned on. But NOW I will never purchase from the company based on the company’s behaviour. Thanks for the reviews!!!

    Can you recommend any good wireless headphones for mobile gaming? I am using braven fly sport currently ( mainly for the 8-9 hr battery life) but the product is made out of garbage materials and for now i am holding it together with sticky tape..an advise/reply will be appreciated:).     yo Jeff, i've been following your videos for a while now. and i've got quite a story...
    you see, i first stumbled across your video when i searched "Bluedio UFO II Review", and so i saw your Videos about that Headphone alongside other youtubers (Antwan JDL, Travis, etc) which i gave my subscription to you guys.
    your review actually helped me to gain confidence for purchasing my first "pricy" Headphone, and tell you what? *I LOVE IT!!!* it's just like what you said about having a concert to your ears... i've been wanting to give a thankyou comments since then but i always forgot lol
    anyway, knowing what happened now after watching this video, i'm quite shocked about the way Bluedio responded to criticism... what strange to me is the fact that they rant YOU for doing so, whilst before this, you're also the same person who praised their products which convinced some Consumers (like myself) to purchase their product. They even called you as "Not a Real RUclipsr"????? Good Lord

    i Really loved your Product! the Bluedio U2 was a masterpiece! the outstanding Lows and wide soundstage that this headphone produce is magnificent. and i always used this Cans to spice up my mood

    I bought the ufo 2 model from bluedio 5 months ago, i didn't dropped it even once but it somehow stopped powering on. When I explained this to the after sale customer service, they offered me 30 dollars and refused to repair my headphones or give me a new pair of headphones, they just said "take this 30 dollars and have it repaired in a local repair store" which none of the local stores managed to fix the problem.
    I paid 60 dollars just to use the headphones for 5 months.

    I had an issue where one of my T4S volume button was stuck and wouldn't lower the volume unless you pressed on them hard. Bluedio replaced them but told me to write a good review of their customer service. Kinda putting me in a difficult position, how do you write an unbiased review of something when your experience isn't that great? So I wrote them a review on amazon, they sent the replacement, then I edited the review explaining what actually happened after I received the replacement headphones.
    I knew if I gave them a negative review they might not send a replacement, so I did what I could to get my moneys worth. Honestly I thought this might be an isolated incident but I have heard from others online that this is pretty common. It sucks because the build quality seems great and the sound from them is really close to some high end headphones at a fraction of the cost. I am currently working on putting a digital HiFi desktop sound setup (DAC & Amp) and I wanted a pair of Bludio UFOs to be the cans that I use for it, but honestly I might spend the money on some Sennheisers instead.

    Here's the thing. Bluedio does not even manufacture their own headphones. These are rebrands. I've seen 'their' headphones being sold for less that look, feel, and sound exactly the same without the brand.
    This is why I stay away from companies where their main line of product are gaming/bluetooth headphones. Sure, I may have to fork out more money but atleast I know I won't be getting a rebrand.

    I have pair of T6s, use them as daily driver, no problerm with it. But man, this e-mail was petty. Thanks to it I'm pretty sure my next headphones will not be a Bluedio product.
    Subscribers will grow in numbers, it takes some time, but with your honesty and quality I think that there shouldn't be any problem with this ;)

    I brought bluedio t2+
    In that battery percentage was showing not more than 5%.. even after 100% of charging it..
    If u try to return the product..
    They told only 50% money will be refunded..lol..
    Bad customer service..
