Join us on our 5-day road trip from Seattle to our neighbouring state - Oregon!
We started our journey with a drive to Portland, exploring its unique neighborhoods and vibrant food and coffee scene. The next day, we visited the historic Vista House, marveled at Multnomah Falls, enjoyed a wine tasting at the Gorge White House, relaxed by Trillium Lake, and caught a sunset at Smith Rock State Park.
We then explored the Newberry National Volcanic Monument and the stunning Crater Lake, followed by a visit to the enchanting Toketee Falls.
Our final day took us along the Oregon coast, where we visited the Sea Lion Caves, Thor's Well, and the charming town of Yachats. We tasted cheeses and ice cream at Tillamook Creamery, relaxed on Cannon Beach, and saw Haystack Rock before ending our trip in the historic town of Astoria and heading back to Seattle.
From waterfalls to coastal wonders, this road trip was one for the books!

It is approximately 3 hours drive from Seattle to Portland and the countryside is absolutely gorgeous as you drive heading south on I-5. both Washington and Oregon are heavily forested with pine forest, but in my eyes, Oregon is even more, and this makes Oregon the nation's top leader in lumber production. overall, both states are beautiful and that's why I live here in the Pacific Northwest.
