    Hey Tanner! I love your videos - they have inspired me to start my own terrariums with moss, ferns and basket grass, and more recently, to get my own fish with a bioactive aquarium! One of the things I really appreciate about these videos is your attention to detail, cleanliness and artistic touch. You teach that you can do anything if you take the right steps and prepare carefully. I've noticed over the time you've been filming that you've added the scientific names of plants as you've learned them and included them in text and audio for our own education, too. These videos are so great, thank you for making them!!

    I absolutely love the labor of love that went into this project. For days I've been building a patio pond with a waterfall filter feature and I just finished it today. I have guppies, a pleco, and bettas swimming happily in it. I've had some of the fish for over a year and I just wanted to give them an upgrade. So I completely understand why you put so much detail for Sampsons home. You did it because you care about your pets and I respect that. Excellent work!! 😀

    • @lizardqueen99
      @lizardqueen99 5 лет назад +25

      Toads absolutely need moisture. Just because they don't live in water doesn't mean they don't need water. Keeping a moist enclosure and access to a water dish is an absolute necessity for keeping toads. Some frogs just prefer to get their moisture from the substrate they bury into rather than just sitting in water. Toads, pacman frogs, pixies like Sampson, and tomato frogs are good examples of that lifestyle 🐸
