Well, I don't think you don't need any version of Just Dance, you can directly open the mod in Dolphin emulator, but the version the mod was made out of is Just Dance 2020, if in your case, you think you need a specific Just Dance version to play a mod, which in this case, is Just Dance 2020, as I mentioned before.
How to play it:

I think the real reason why it didn’t get released to PS4 and XBox One is those consoles are considerably older
