Jonathan's Journal visits the Amalfi Coast and the exquisite retreat that is the Hotel Miramalfi

During our recent visit to the stunning Amalfi Coast, we had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Hotel Miramalfi in Amalfi Town. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the coast and the warm hospitality of the hotel staff.
Our exploration of the region began with a visit to the historic town of Amalfi, where we were visited the magnificent Duomo di Sant'Andrea Cathedral. Its intricate architecture and rich history is quite incredible.
One of the highlights of our trip was walking along the Lemon path, surrounded by fragrant lemon groves and overlooking the glistening sea. We also indulged in a delightful limoncello tasting and class at Antichi Sapori di Amalfi, where we learned about the traditional production of this iconic Italian liqueur.
To satisfy our sweet tooth we couldn't resist trying the delectable pastries at Pasticceria Sal di Riso. Each bite was a burst of flavour and a testament to the region's culinary prowess.
Back at Hotel Miramalfi, we were treated to an unforgettable dining experience at Restaurant Saute and Restaurant Donna Emma. The skillfully crafted dishes showcased the finest local ingredients and traditional flavours.
No visit to Hotel Miramalfi would be complete without enjoying cocktails at Mario's bar. The mixologists' expertise in creating unique and refreshing drinks inspired by the Jazz Greats added an extra layer of luxury to our evenings.
In conclusion, our trip to the Amalfi Coast, while staying at Hotel Miramalfi, was a true feast for the senses. From the cultural wonders of Amalfi to the culinary delights and impeccable service at the hotel, every moment was filled with beauty and charm. We left with unforgettable memories and a deep appreciation for the enchanting Amalfi Coast.
