I have :( Also, I spaced out 30 seconds into your response on this episode and had to rewatch it a few times before I could get through the whole thing. Could you make a video on how to hold your attention?"
1. pick whichever option wins in a vote context (it works best if you write them down, put names and pluses until it feels right) 2. on draw, pick whichever is most empowering or you think feels better to have been done when you will look back tomorrow 3. on draw, pick whichever option has the most regret if you don’t do it 4. on draw, pick whichever option fits best in current context (time, energy, etc) 5. on draw, pick the option you were already very committed to yesterday 6. on draw, random draw from options that are left (this is not giving up btw, this is just optimal way, since its just a waste to think further)
Thank you for this. This is a daily issue for me. Another factor that comes into play is how much the task I need to get done causes me anxiety, and how much anxiety. The higher the anxiety the harder it is to start. It makes me anxious, just thinking about it. I’ve tried the postits, but I ended up with pieces of paper all over the place. Right now I’m trying a small notebook and crossing things out as I get them done.
I’ve never been diagnosed, but I think I might have it. What you are saying clicks with me up to a degree. I can’t get things done even though I plan things out.

So true... I spend more time optimizing than actually doing something

I don't have kids but this hits home. I have 3 jobs and a lot of open projects that mean a lot to me. It's a nightmare.

It is possible to have executive function disorder but not ADHD. It's also possible to have similar symptoms to ADHD due to complex trauma (C-PTSD)
Thank you thank you thank you!!!!❤
