This is why I only buy 1oz bottles. If I run through it, I'll just buy another one. You can get sick of a fragrance, if you wear it all the time or have a huge bottle and are constantly wearing it to get through it. Also, I have a lot of popular fragrances but I never smell anybody else wearing them. But even if I did, it wouldn't bother me because I like the fragrance lol. I don't care who else is wearing it.
I agree, better to have in in small bottles if you're not sure about a fragrance. But you know good perfume is like good music, you never get enough of it. So tge ones I love I buy the big bottle.
I agree! My collection has more 1oz/1.7oz bottles than larger ones. This way, I make sure all my bottles are getting touched and rotated equally. And if I do not like, it's not a chore to get through.
This usually happens to me when I overspray. Once I get that first fragrance headache/nausea I can't wear it again so I have to be extra careful with the number of sprays no matter how much I love it 😩
Oh, that reminds me of another one I'm over and for that reason. That would be Pink Sugar. I used to love it, but now I can't even wear it on an empty stomach, otherwise I'll get nauseous. I have to be in a certain mood to wear that one, like on a really cold winter day.
This is why I only reach for my favorites on special occasions. I'm afraid to grow tired of them. I have a rule to not repeat any of my scents twice in a month.
I have tried baccarat 540 sooo many times and every time I get overwhelmed with how many people actually rave about this perfume and say that it’s the best perfume on this earth. I just don’t get it. I would never ever pay for a full size bottle of that 🙈 it doesn’t smell bad but there’s something so boring about it and not really crowd pleasing either so it’s a mystery to me how it’s so popular 😏
It's perfectly normal to grow out of love with things, particularly fragrance. But i am so curious as to why, because i've heard this one a lot, do people start hating a fragrance when they smell it on someone else?
I love Narciso Rodriguez’ For Her EDT, and like you mentioned, after I smelled it on a sales woman, whom I didn’t like after a brief exchange at a retail store, that smell (though beautiful) has been ruined for me. It seems a superficial reason for not wanting to wear a perfume again, but on an animal level she repulsed me and now the perfume truly is “for her” 😂
No, I don't. Fragrances I can't wear tend to smell amazing on others. Like Lancôme La Vie Est Belle. Scents I don't like are based on how they smell on me over time or how they smell in the air at first spray. MAC Velvet Teddy is no go for me.
This ALWAYS happens to me when I start wearing a fragrance too regularly... that's why I avoid buying full bottles and buy tons of travel sizes/decants instead. I rotate through them depending on my mood.. and I don't feel bad about giving them away if I don't like them anymore!😂 Love your videos❤️❤️
I had the same thing happen with Burberry Her. Love the way it smells, but it wasn't “me” and I didn't feel good wearing it, so I gave my bottle to a friend. When it comes to love -> hate, I did a full 360º with Flowerbomb. It used to be my signature and I went through two 100ml bottles, and then I got over it and felt really annoyed with the scent, it seemed weirdly sour and cloying on my skin all of a sudden. I repurchased a small bottle recently and almost returned it because of that sour sweetness, but all of a sudden it works on me again, like magic 😅 No idea what's up with that!
I fell out of love with Ralph Loren Romance. It was my signature in my twenties and I went through three or four bottles. I eventually got bored of it and moved on to something else. When I sampled it again a few years ago I did not care for it. I dont know if it's the reformulation or my changing taste, but it went from adoration to meh.
I still love BR540 but I think I’ll finish my bottle and from then on just buy one of the dupes. There are so many exact clones out there now that I just can’t justify the high price point when I can get one from Zara for $20. Our tastes change over time and I think it’s nice to reflect and see how we’ve evolved. Fun video!
I've been tracking the rollercoaster phenomenon in perfume preferences for several years now. It took me about 2 to find out that initial impressions simply put me somewhere on the sine curve. The only question was whether I was on the upslope or the downslope. The rest was predictable. Okay > like > love > like > okay > dislike > hate > dislike > okay. And up and down we go! 🎢 Conscious and subconscious associations, material quality and degredation, social trends, life stress and feedback all play a part. It certainly taught me to hold onto bottles! Especially blind buy 'fails.' Feelings change, and over time I'd go from declutter relief to gnawing regret. Happened one too many times before I started catching on. Word of the day - DUPAGE 🎇😉
this happens to me quite frequently. there are a plethora of fragrances to choose what you love at any given time. Always test and dont blind buy has been my mantra recently
For me is was Burberry Her. When I got the sample i was OBSESSED! So I purchased a full bottle and after about 4 wears I was over it and it started to smell synthetic. Side note. Your sweater is EVERYTHING!! Where did you get it?
I feel the same way about Viva la Juicy! It was my signature throughout high school and college, and I still have a soft spot for it, but I probably won't be wearing it anymore. But it still brings back fond memories for me! 💕
My love to hate: Kat von D original Saint - used to be my signature, now smells too synthetic fruity; Balenciaga Florabotanica, Tocca - Cleopatra, Violette; Getting Over It: sweet gourmands and vanilla; Recently smelled real Aventus for first time - just don't see the hype, smells common. This was a great video, looking forward to the hate to love one🙂
I think bqr540 and aventus will always be great scents ,at least for layering.. they blend perfectly with literally any other perfume out there.great video.
I am still in love with My Burberry Blush. Feels like it will be a long time before I fall out of love. Thank you for sharing Yana. (I have the same bottle size you have, lol, so I better love it.)
That’s probably why I went straight for the BR540 extrait version. The EDP was just too hyped and leaned too masculine for me. Extrait is still sweeter for me. Not a love, but a strong definite like.
Same happened to my favorite high school fragrance too: it was Dolce and Gabbana's Light blue. I felt like a queen during those days when wearing this parfum. I re-purchased it recently, just because of the nice memories but being totally confident that I will love it the same way.. Unfortunately, it's sitting now on my shelf, and I cannot smell it anymore. Not sure what happened, but it goes to my sister who likes it🤷
Hi Yana! Great video, I completely agree with you in regards to BR540, with all the dupes out there plus all those similar ones even if they're not dupes, the original is no longer original and people are paying a price tag for something exclusive when the least thing it is nowadays is exclusive (similar to Chanel classic flaps! We should make a case study out of these two) 😍💜
I 100% agree with you on Viva la Juicy. I loved it back in 2008 when it came out (I was college). But now… I’m SO over it. I will always love BR540, but I definitely think it’s a special occasion fragrance. BR540 is WAY too much to wear every day IMO. Thanks for posting!
When I first tried Black Opium I really thought it was going to be my signature scent, I stopped using it for a while and then I heard from a cousin that a guy commented 'oh that must be Black Opium' when she wore it and that's when it confirmed for me that I do not want to wear it ever again. Sounds strange but men here don't exactly know fragrances so that just confirmed how overworn it is. It also started to smell yucky to me this year so there's that too. Loved the video♡♡♡
😂😂😂 What a funny story, thank you for sharing. I would be shocked if a man wear I live knows my perfumes, lol. I can't wear Black Opium on me without feeling sick. But oddly, I have the same hair mist and no problems. I keep it away from my face.
Haha, before I even started watching the video, the two fragrances that came to mind were BR540 and Burberry Her 😂. Once someone said they smell like dental office, that's all I can smell!!! Great video 👍👍
For me, it’s the OG Paris Hilton perfume. ( in the black and pink bottle) I loved her from when I was in my teens when she first came out, up until about 5 or 6 years ago. Suddenly she’s way too sweet for me. I’m more into vanilla scents now that I’m in my 30s.
Our chemistry changes as we get older. As I’ve gotten older I can’t stand heavy dense fragrance. What do u think of Philosophy fragrance like Amazing Grace and amazing Grace Magnolia. ??
Burberry London EDP went from a love to a hate for me. It was my signature scent at 20, and a couple of years later, I realized how harsh and synthetic it was.
I realised when I overuse a fragrance (finish two/three bottles of it) I get sick of it for a while and then an era goes by and we either have nostalgic memories of it or we fall back in love with it depending on our mood, season etc. I'll tell you guys a brand I tried loving and I've purchased fragrances from them time and time again but I'm never ever satisfied... it's kayali. I had de ja vu atleast three times I gave it away twice and tried to liek it so bought it again but wasn't for me. Just bought vanilla 28 thinking I wasn't giving them a fair chance, and omg I got so mad... Jessica simpson fancy does a better job than kayali vanilla 28, and it's a third of the cost. Anyway kayali is to overpriced
Victoria's Secret Bombshell is one perfume I loved at first but now I'm really over. Too many people wear it these days, and it's been flankered to hell and back, I'm just REALLY over it. If I were to chose any Bombshell flankers, I wish they would bring back Bombshell Nights instead. Prefer that one over the original any day. D&G'S Light Blue is another one I'm over, not because of the perfume itself but because of the reformulation. When I had it back in 2005, it was woodier and much more long lasting than what it is now. Loved it to the moon and back. Even the Intense version still doesn't cut it for me. For a woody fresh alternative, I prefer Elizabeth Arden's White Tea.
BR 540 was a big dislike from the first time i smelled it. So sweet and obnoxious that really turned me off. Even when i smelled on someone else was headache inducing. Nice video.
I am also tired hearing about br540. A lot of people saying lately it lost its prestige because everybody and their momma is wearing it and is logical. Anyway perfumes I fell out of love is also Deja Vu, La Belle and Chloe nomade and nomade absolu.
Chloé EDP is the same for me. I love it, but after a few hours of smelling it on myself (which never seems to stop because it is a very long lasting scent on me), I am over it and just want to move on. So I’ve started layering it with Oil Perfumery’s fragrance oil dupe of Delina, which seems to change things up and really enjoyable for me.
Same here, I love the way Chloe smells initially, but the drydown on the clothing is so strong and makes me feel physically ill if I smell it for too long.
With you on br540 and aventus, clones and every jo wearing it makes it as common as eau sauvage. I can never smell it and i love a dense one i can actually smell
my main perfume for years used to be wonder rose by zara because it was so cheap and long lasting and now i got way more into perfumes and own really nice ones like valentino and miss dior and stuff and i just cant smell the wonder rose anymore and it actually gives me a headache but its always a nice starter for any beginners imo!
Givenchy Irresistible EDP. I loved it, even got a 75ml bottle at Sephora (normally I get 30-50ml bottles), but over-sprayed it once and it made me sick, had to take a shower and couldn’t get rid of the smell. I think it was because of summer heat and humidity, so waiting for the winter now to give it another chance. If it doesn’t work in winter, I’ll have to let it go.
When I was In my early twenties, I discovered Courrege in Blue, an aldehyde floral fragrance, which I adored. It was expensive - I had no money, and I emptied three or four bottles thanks to the generosity of boyfriends. Then, it was discontinued. Fast forward several decades, I rediscovered my favourite fragrance. I purchased two reformulated bottles via Fragrancenet. It’s not the same fragrance but I get a similar scent by layering it with a white floral. My conclusion: my fragrance preferences are the same, perhaps expanded to fruity and gourmands. But I haven’t really changed -I still love my aldehydes and my florals!
💯 Original Light Blue by D&G. Sadly can’t stand it anymore and this was my signature scent for decades. Same thing happened to my mom and even sooner than for me, she was over it a few years before me. I did get Sun flanker and I like it much more and will use up, but not sure if I’ll rebuy in the future.
I fell out of love with Samsara and Shalimar by Guerlain, Alien, Viva La Juicy, Boyfriend by Kate Walsh, Casmir by Chopard and Euphoria by Calvin Klein.
This has happened to me with several fragrances I have purchased and later stopped wearing them regrettably. I took inventory to study what fragrances I lean more towards what I know are my “frequent go to” fragrances. I’ve stopped blind buying and order only samples if I want to test new fragrance houses. However, now after having to fully investigate what I like more I narrowed it down to Chanel fragrances and Jo Malone Fragrances. Particularly, in category fragrances for fall/winter wear. I don’t plan to buy anymore and just stick with the two houses that aligns with my vibe and age appropriate wise scents. The same applies for spring/summer wearing lighter type scents from Chanel and Jo Malone. I gave away several fragrances to a dear friend of mine. She loves it and that makes me happy. I’m looking to declutter as well. My daughter only owns 4 fragrances and her signature scents are Coco Mademoiselle and Miss Dior. What I wore when I was younger. She picked that up from me 😂🥰 but she made smart choices not having cluttered of fragrances wasting so much money. I need to be consistent in not cluttering my vanity space. Smh 🤦♀️
Chloe, same thing happened to me. Narciso Rodriguez musk noir, went from total love to hate very quickly. Olympea solar went from infatuation to so tired of it within a month. And Libre I go from love to hate within days, but I haven't given it up because it happens so frequently I know I'll get back to it.
When I first smelled BR540, I instantly liked it. But I was quickly disappointed about the famous disappearing act. It's too crystalline, it's too airy for my taste. I got Grand Soir a few weeks ago and there's no comparison, it's way better than Baccarat IMO. Total crush for me. I'm still wearing BR540 once in a while, but I don't enjoy it. 😌
a perfume that used to be my signature scent for a while and I loveeeeed but now I strongly dislike now is Hypnotic Poision edt, and another perfume I was head over heels for and now I just feel like meh is Si Passione edp
Hi Jana, I really enjoyed watching your video.. Regarding BR540...there s something special about it which I can not pin point that makes it smell so different than the dupes.....I smelled several fragrances which are labelled as dupes including Middle Eastern...but none got BR540's secret.
I have wanted so bad to like Baccarat Rouge 540. I've tried it so many times. However, my husband and I are from the country and when I visited back home everyone mentioned how I smelled like a mixture of sweet chewing tobacco and a cowboy. Now I realize why it was always so familiar to my senses . It will forever be the idea of paying that much to smell like dip 🥴
I use to love coco chanel mademoiselle, dolce&gabbana the one, chanel chance, calvin klein scape, lolita lempicka but my taste change a lot. 🤷🏻♀️ now i love like very sweet perfumes
Oooh this has happened to me with so many 🥲 YSL Libre, Acqua di Gioia, PDM Safanad, Ralph Lauren Woman, Mancera Roses Vanille, Killian Kissing, Alien Oud, Alien Musc, Chanel Gabrielle Essence, Chanel Paris Riviera, Chanel 1957, Jo Malone Wild Bluebell, Nest Indigo and the list goes on 😭
I do love jpg la belle but I rarely feel like wearing it anymore. I have no interest anymore in Lalique amethyst, Versace versense, Versace bright crystal and Stella. They are all nice fragrances but I never want to wear them anymore. I think I just have fragrances I prefer.
I used to love Calvin Klein Euphoria. I smelled it earlier this week again at Ulta and it was so pungent and acidic in my nose, makes me wonder why I ever liked it.
I really loved Lovely by SJP. That perfume makes me gag now. I don’t know what happened. I smelled it at the beginning of pregnancy, and it smelled like something rancid. Smelled it again in a store after pregnancy, and it still smelled rancid (wasn’t my bottle). I hate hate hate that perfume. Maybe it was pregnancy. 🤷🏼♀️ I didn’t have too many aversions so I’m not sure. I like BR540 dupes for layering. That’s it. Your doggie is so darling. ☺️
I feel the same about La Belle. I loved it so much at first but it's the one fragrance that I completely lost interest in. It lacks depth to me, it's all fruity and it doesn't go beyond that
I went from love to hate in 5 seconds when I was pregnant and nauseous every time. I used Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker and I gave it away. After 5 yrs I still can't smell strong Turkish rose perfumes! 🤢 I also had Dahlia Divine by Givenchy and had to give it away too. It made me throw up!
That happened to me with both CH Good Girl and Tom Ford Noir Pour Femme. I got samples of both, liked them, bought bigger sizes....now I kind of hate them both. Thank goodness for Macy's return policy.
I used to loooove gourmands, had to take a medication that made me nauseous and now I cannot wear any gourmand! I hope it will come back because I spent a lot of money on these perfumes!! Now I just wear perfumes that are not sweet at all!
I get the same effect since i smelled so many perfumes now, i now only want like unusual sweet scents, like added coffee or some chocolate or something not just syrupy thick sweet like most sweet perfumese these days.
I had this transition from love to hate with Balenciaga Intense just a week after I have bought it, but recently I have discovered myself loving it again, after 3 years from purchase. And something similar I have now with la nuit Tresor. 😟 Sometimes you want it, you have got it, and you get bored from it. So it was never a real love, just a crush for a short time💘
Oh no.. I blind buy Burberry Her. It's on its way now. I hope I like it. I have the same opinion about Chloe EDP as you. The lychee is very cloying on me.
Girllll Gucci envy me.. You just threw it back and sameee for me that was one of my first good fragrances as a teenager and I probably went through at least 2-3 bottles.. But it's been yearsss ..Now I just need to sniff it for old times sake
I wore the original Chloe back in the 1970’s (yes, I am old lol). Purchased the new formula- ugh. Gave it away. Huge disappointment. Same w/Estée Lauder’s Private Collection & White Linen BR540?👎🏼 horrible. I’m giving mine away. Would love to find a few fall/winter scents that I adore tho.
Totally agree on the 70’s Chloe: wore it and loved it. As for BR540..... it is just awful. Can’t understand all the hype. Ps: we’re not old....... we’ve aged like fine wine. 💓💐
Never had the possibility to smell Chloe 1975, what a pity! Recently rediscovered Vanderbilt (the swan bottle) It’s powdery and spicey and very inexpensive as well.
It happened to me with D&G Light Blue Intense lol 😂 I gave it to my husband, it lean more masculine to me and that lactonic and citrus notes got old really fast
I liked burberry her for a while but I never reached for it. Just yesterday I was like, why do I have this? Lol it's nice but it's just not my vibe anymore... maybe because I don't like cloud ???
I love the opening of Burberry her, so yummy, but not a fan of the dry down, no compliment from my partner and he always compliments if he likes my scent…….he never smelled the opening though, I just tested it at the mall and when I came home that’s the smell he got, he just said “what’s that smell?” with a weird face , I should of asked him what he smells but I didn’t 🤷♀️
I'm the opposite, the opening smells a little like burnt rubber but the dry down is lovely. I went on a date in summer wearing Burberry Her and the guy went crazy 😂
Lol amor amor used to be an obsession for me in my late teens. La Belle was one that I actually hated at first and now I relly enjoy it but it does have to be very cool outside for me to wear it.
This is why I only buy 1oz bottles. If I run through it, I'll just buy another one. You can get sick of a fragrance, if you wear it all the time or have a huge bottle and are constantly wearing it to get through it. I never understood the fascination with 540. Loved this video though - it just shows as we grow and change so do our tastes.
Completely agree with you.
I truly dislike this scent.
Same!!
Me too, i don't hate the smell but it doesnt fascinate me much given the price.
This is why I only reach for my favorites on special occasions. I'm afraid to grow tired of them. I have a rule to not repeat any of my scents twice in a month.
It’s always very bittersweet when we fall out of love with a fragrance but leaves for new opportunities to find something we do love!
I have tried baccarat 540 sooo many times and every time I get overwhelmed with how many people actually rave about this perfume and say that it’s the best perfume on this earth. I just don’t get it. But i am so curious as to why, because i've heard this one a lot, do people start hating a fragrance when they smell it on someone else?
Over exposure maybe, or maybe bc then you smell like everyone else.. not unique anymore.
I love Narciso Rodriguez’ For Her EDT, and like you mentioned, after I smelled it on a sales woman, whom I didn’t like after a brief exchange at a retail store, that smell (though beautiful) has been ruined for me. It seems a superficial reason for not wanting to wear a perfume again, but on an animal level she repulsed me and now the perfume truly is “for her” 😂
Our noses change over time so you might dislike something that you like/love and vice versa
I agree noses change. I used to absolutely love Narciso Rodriguez for her EDT right now it doesn't even smell the same way as before :(
No, I don't. Fragrances I can't wear tend to smell amazing on others. Like Lancôme La Vie Est Belle. Scents I don't like are based on how they smell on me over time or how they smell in the air at first spray. MAC Velvet Teddy is no go for me.

Thank you for the toothpaste hack! I fell sooo in love with Roses de Chloe when I first got it, but I NEVER touch it anymore.

Baking soda mixed with hydrogen peroxide works well on tarnish as well😊
Just to add to my previous comment - perfume is so much a personal journey! I really appreciated your video! Thank you!
For me it was Elie Saab EdP. Used to be my signature scent. I used it too much apparently because I cannot stand a too strong orangeblossom anymore.
Hi Yana! the tarnished part on Chloe is by design. it makes it look like real silver.
When I first tried Black Opium I really thought it was going to be my signature scent, I stopped using it for a while and then I heard from a cousin that a guy commented 'oh that must be Black Opium' when she wore it and that's when it confirmed for me that I do not want to wear it ever again. Haha, before I even started watching the video, the two fragrances that came to mind were BR540 and Burberry Her 😂. Once someone said they smell like dental office, that's all I can smell!!! Great video 👍👍
For me Gucci Bloom was one that went from love to hate halfway the bottle.

"We have to put an end to this!" 😁 Totally agree with you though 💯❤
Our chemistry changes as we get older. As I’ve gotten older I can’t stand heavy dense fragrance. What do u think of Philosophy fragrance like Amazing Grace and amazing Grace Magnolia. ??
They're nice easy reach fragrances, I haven't tried the magnolia one though
The fragrances that have moved from my love list are la vie est belle edp and the OG black opium.
I have enjoyed watching this video💞
Fancy is indeed very nice! That's one cheapy I always recommend to my friends and family.
Vanilla 28 does not last on my skin and has a very poor performance. 😳 I was very disappointed.
@@Rain_dear if u tried kayali vanilla 28 you'll see a striking resemblance to Jessica simpson fancy (but fancy is better imo)
@@elisabeth400 try JS fancy very similar DNA and it lasts atleast 5 hours on me
@@notact4102 Thank you, i do not find Fancy similar (i have that one). But Fancy has surely a better performance. 😊
Nice video.
thanks for the toothpaste hack. I have never liked Baccarat Rouge, can't do it.
I wish everyone who hated their perfumes would just donate them to me lmao
I have quite a few bottles I do not wear but I dont know how to pull the trigger and declutter... 🥲
Burberry is great for colder countries but cloying for tropical climate areas…
I fell out of love with Samsara and Shalimar by Guerlain, Alien, Viva La Juicy, Boyfriend by Kate Walsh, Casmir by Chopard and Euphoria by Calvin Klein.
Yana do you still not like JP La Belle?
I’m new over here but Thank you, I smelled musk from Kayali and I felt like you. It’s very synthetic and the vanilla 28 is heavy on my skin. 😅😅
I love your videos and honesty ❤️👌🏼 ! Personally i hate baccarat 540 , i find the smell obnoxious 🤮🤢
Awww Gucci Envy Me was my first ever perfume!! 😩 so happy to see it here! I think my mom bought it for me in the 5th grade 🥺
Mine is black opium,I just feel it is way to strongly sweet in a bad way.
a perfume that used to be my signature scent for a while and I loveeeeed but now I strongly dislike now is Hypnotic Poision edt, and another perfume I was head over heels for and now I just feel like meh is Si Passione edp
Oooh this has happened to me with so many 🥲 YSL Libre, Acqua di Gioia, PDM Safanad, Ralph Lauren Woman, Mancera Roses Vanille, Killian Kissing, Alien Oud, Alien Musc, Chanel Gabrielle Essence, Chanel Paris Riviera, Chanel 1957, Jo Malone Wild Bluebell, Nest Indigo and the list goes on 😭
Wow I really need to get it together I have way too many fragrances that I like to smell but not where what's up with that
I do love jpg la belle but I rarely feel like wearing it anymore. I have no interest anymore in Lalique amethyst, Versace versense, Versace bright crystal and Stella. They are all nice fragrances but I never want to wear them anymore. I think I just have fragrances I prefer.
You are so genuine
Thank you 😊
I used to love Calvin Klein Euphoria.
My scent is Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet. I had it for maybe a year and loved it. But changed my mind greatly and gave it away this Spring.
I feel the same about La Belle. I loved it so much at first but it's the one fragrance that I completely lost interest in. It lacks depth to me, it's all fruity and it doesn't go beyond that
I am sic of la vie belle original but I still have total 150ml but I have to wear it
I went from love to hate in 5 seconds when I was pregnant and nauseous every time. I used Lovely by Sarah Jessica Parker and I gave it away. After 5 yrs I still can't smell strong Turkish rose perfumes! 🤢
I also had Dahlia Divine by Givenchy and had to give it away too.
I used to looooove pink sugar aquolina 🥲 but now i can say i'm glad that i declutter that one
I had this transition from love to hate with Balenciaga Intense just a week after I have bought it, but recently I have discovered myself loving it again, after 3 years from purchase. And something similar I have now with la nuit Tresor. 😟
Sometimes you want it, you have got it, and you get bored from it. So it was never a real love, just a crush for a short time💘
You’ve got to try kayali sweet diamond pink pepper I love it
Oh no.. I blind buy Burberry Her. It's on its way now. I hope I like it.
I have the same opinion about Chloe EDP as you. The lychee is very cloying on me.
Cannot put La Belle down this fall!
I used to dig Burberry her but after wearing a couple times now gives me headache so I can’t wear it anymore
Chloe has never worked on my skin chemistry. But Pure Extreme Nectar and Royal Muska by Micaleff is amazing!!my summer favorites
Your chemistry changes. Sweet perfumes nauseates me to no end!
Girllll Gucci envy me.. You just threw it back and sameee for me that was one of my first good fragrances as a teenager and I probably went through at least 2-3 bottles.. But it's been yearsss ..Now I just need to sniff it for old times sake
Yesss! I definitely went through at least 3 bottles of it too!
I used to love Cocomamoiselle, but now i can't wear it. It gives me headache 😅
Same!
I wore the original Chloe back in the 1970’s (yes, I am old lol). Purchased the new formula- ugh. Gave it away. Huge disappointment.
Same w/Estée Lauder’s Private Collection & White Linen
BR540?👎🏼 horrible. I’m giving mine away.
Would love to find a few fall/winter scents that I adore tho.
I will pay for shipping of your BR540... I love it.
Totally agree on the 70’s Chloe: wore it and loved it. As for BR540..... it is just awful. Can’t understand all the hype.
Ps: we’re not old....... we’ve aged like fine wine. 💓💐
You are so right the seventy’s Chloe was absolutely gorgeous, nothing to do with the new version
I have worn the original Chloe and have never tired of it
Never had the possibility to smell Chloe 1975, what a pity! Recently rediscovered Vanderbilt (the swan bottle) It’s powdery and spicey and very inexpensive as well.
Smelling a fragrance on someone else and no longer liking it is a real thing hahaha happened to me with Versace Bright Crystal several years ago 🥴
Great toothpaste hack to share, thank you!💞
It happened to me with D&G Light Blue Intense lol 😂 I gave it to my husband, it lean more masculine to me and that lactonic and citrus notes got old really fast
Happened for me with the original scent, not the Intense. Gave it away to a woman stranger.
@@yahainHotPink 😂😂😂 it smelled like a clothing detergent after a while 😭
I liked burberry her for a while but I never reached for it. Just yesterday I was like, why do I have this? Lol it's nice but it's just not my vibe anymore... maybe because I don't like cloud ???
I got my burberry Black yesterday and i think that is so good👌edp i think.
How about do a video of the Paris Hilton fragrances?
I love the opening of Burberry her, so yummy, but not a fan of the dry down, no compliment from my partner and he always compliments if he likes my scent…….he never smelled the opening though, I just tested it at the mall and when I came home that’s the smell he got, he just said “what’s that smell?” with a weird face , I should of asked him what he smells but I didn’t 🤷♀️
I'm the opposite, the opening smells a little like burnt rubber but the dry down is lovely. I went on a date in summer wearing Burberry Her and the guy went crazy 😂
Same! Great opening, awful dry down.
Same here, on me smells so old woody which I hate
I just found u so if this has already been covered I apologize but have you ever tried the roller balls from The Fragrance Bar?
Welcome to the channel! 😊
I haven't tried anything from The Fragrance Bar yet, sorry
@@TheScented ok, they have a dupe for baccarat that and a scent called Enchanted P**** that is actually excellent
Lol amor amor used to be an obsession for me in my late teens. La Belle was one that I actually hated at first and now I relly enjoy it but it does have to be very cool outside for me to wear it.
