I'll say this once. You are used to the mirror. If you look normal in the mirror, than that is how people see you as well. You cannot see your asymmetries in the mirror and in the same way other people don't see your either. If you don't want to look stupid in selfies though, just hold you phone like a foot further with a selfie stick or smth.

Bad habits can be the cause of this. Look up facial exercises to do and stretches. And try to sleep on your back more often. And stop doing things that negatively effect posture. Also if you chew on one side stop doing that right away and chew with both. I promise with time it'll help. Your "lopsided" side can be fixed. It's just underdeveloped from chewing on one side and sleeping on a certain side. Or bad posture. Doing exercises can help tone it and get it to be more symmetrical. And btw look up perfectly symmetrical faces. It's creepy. Asymmetry is far more pretty than symmetrical.

Alot of this is changeable without having to use surgery. Alot of times jaw asymmetry or overdeveloped sides are caused by only using on side of your mouth throughout the day like only chewing with one side of your mouth or so. Also incorrect younger posture can cause this as well. And you can even change the shape of your nose as well by doing facial exercises. I thought it was complete B.s untill I tried it and it completely changed my facial features

It's crazy how we personally tend to realize these "flaws" the easiest in ourselves. I saw the difference after a while but at first you just looked really pretty and normal to me. We're our own worst critics. I LOVE your nose!! The shape at the front is absolutely adorable, your eyebrows are even (mine aren't) and you have the prettiest soft eyes and lips. I have the exact same issue with my asymmetric cheeks and jaw shape but after a while acceptance and refusing to look in the mirror so long that i start to nit pick has definitely quieted that inner critic

So after a bit of a research I’ve found the answers!
1. For people who have a sturdy jaw line and don’t like the “fat” side, it’s the masseter you guys, go for a masseter botox( they usually do different units of botox to even the unevenness)
2. For those who have a dainty jawline and don’t like the flat side of their face stimulate those muscles, use microcurrent devices
- ofc you can do face exercises too but you’d need to be consistent with them for quite a bit to see results!

Found a solution that worked for me:
1. Sleep on your back. Side sleeping can flatten one side of your face.
2. Chew gum 3+ times a day on the flatter side. This will develop the jaw and symmetry.
3. Chew evenly on both sides when eating meals.

I think when you sleep on one side while growing up it will damage your symmetry eventually thats why you have to sleep with your head centered and up right but nobodies going to do this everytime which is fine but i think you just sleep with you face in the middle facing the ceiling you'll almost be perfectly symmetrical and their pillows for this too. It is what it is and people will still look fine as long as the features look good enough. I also has slept on my right side when i heard creepy voices speaking short sentences or random words in my ear even when i was awake.

That's just your masseter muscle, try to relax that muscle, also check for any bite problem (like crossbite, underbite or overbite) and lastly try tmj jaw stretches. These will help a ton! Also try to chew from both the sides of your mouth.

we cant really depend on phone camera or any camera basically. Its not 100% accurate. I always obsess over how asymmetrical my face was but in reality, nobody actually notice it. Nobody would bring a ruler around, put it on your face and measure it. It’s completely normal to hv it 💪🏻💪🏻

As someone whose face was at some point way more asymmetrical than this, it is something you can change if you really want to.
