- Hollywood Vampires (Joe Perry of Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, Robert DeLeo, Glen Sobel and Brad Whitford) perform "As Bad As I Am" at the 2017 NAMM TEC Awards held at The NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA.
If you ever get a chance to see the Hollywood Vampires live, take advantage of it! Great show! It's mostly covers of dead rockers, but they turn the songs into their own and do not disappoint! Also, how cool is it to see Mr. Brad Whitford play with the Hollywood Vampires???
Agreed. Heard and saw them in Germany and Denmark, had so much fun. Especially with people in the audience. And Johnny about 5 meters away. Wow. Probably the closest I will ever get to him. The songs are just right to shake the shit out of the body. :-D There album has become one of my favourites (it´s my road-music, beside some other stuff and Sweeney Todd), and I hope for a live-album or a new one.
Every show I've seen (both on the 2016 and on the 2018 tour) has been a lot of fun. The Berlin show on the 2018 tour was probably my favourite. And they had Glen from Alice's band on the drums for this run and he's just great! Sadly, no Brad (love Tommy, but Brad there would have been wow, just wow!). But just to see Alice and Joe do something together is still amazing! They're both outstanding performers and when they get on stage, they can make magic!
