- This was one of the sickest hands in the history of Poker At The Lodge. A full house was out-flopped by quads! Watch to see how it went down.

The Lodge Card Club is a members-only social club in Round Rock, Texas (just north of Austin). With 24/7 cash games and 2+ tournaments per day, The Lodge is THE place to play poker in central Texas. The Lodge Live is streamed every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 3PM CT.
You never know what you might see on The Lodge Live stream. You might see Pocket Aces vs Pocket Kings. You may see the nut straight lose to a full house after the board pairs on the river. There's a good chance you will see loads of straddles (and double straddles, and triple straddles). Players go all-in blind or play poker hands after looking at just one card. That's just what poker is like in Texas!
The stream regularly features Lodge owners Brad Owen, Andrew Neeme, and Doug Polk. Players like Rampage, Mariano, and Igor Kurganov has also graced The Lodge Live felt. And who knows? One day The Lodge may even host players like Daniel Negreanu, Phil Hellmuth, Phil Ivey, or similarly huge poker names. Развлечения
I recently played in a tournament at Beau Rivage in Biloxi, Miss. I had pocket Jacks and a player went all in. There was 53 players and I was not getting good cards. I was in about 25th place when this miracle happened. I called his all in and we were the only two playing this hand . He had me covered in chips, and he had $5-6,000 more than me. Against my Jacks he turned up ACE, QUEEN. The flop was ace, ace, queen. I as about to stand up and fourth street was a Jack. Guess what came up on the river, MY FOURTH JACK, I ended up in third place!
tbh pair Jack has a higher win rate over QA, and this is absolutely crazy
My first real poker games were played at the Beau. Amazing poker room. Too bad they are moving it elsewhere soon.
That's a miracle.
So what
The even more "UNREAL Flop" happened at 8:55... inside straight flush draw vs top and bottom pair vs middle and bottom pair... all of which cracked pocket aces (which would have ended up winning had he not folded!)
He made the right call folding pocket Ace's to many calls made the discussion easier for him. Just an unbelievable river hurts when it hits.
What is wild is 10,5 offsuit wins a big pot versus three other players after the flop. After the hand was over. 10,5 dodged two flush draws and got AA to fold. Wild hand there. That's poker Folks! lol
It’s like these cards are programmed to deal online scenarios lol
Online poker you see way more hands. Ofc shit like this happens irl but just feels like it occurs more online because you are playing more hands.
Exactly
For real people will play 2 full rounds around the table online where everyone folds preflop to a min raise and then play one hand where someone gets to show down and gets coolered and then be like “you see this online stuff is rigged for action”
Shit happens in poker… hell a 1 outer on the river is still going to hit 2% of the time. That’s not impossible like everyone seems to think.
@@theghost4282 Depends on where you're playing. PokerBro's has shit like this every hand. Someone with 3 outs will run it 3 times and get each of their outs to scoop. It's incredibly common.
Crazy shit seems to be programmed into that app
@@NxFxKW I’ve been one outed playing at the casino top set vs bottom set, all the chips went in on the flop and they rivered quads, I had a bad feeling it was coming because that dealer would always give me bad beats.
Last hand was crazy
Not really, only if an 7 of hearts, came on the TURN, and then the 8 of diamonds, on the RIVER !
🤣
@@gertjanvandermeij4265 ...
3 of us in - first to act AQ, second to act QQ, and me 77, flip comes 772, AQ moves all in - QQ takes his time and call's - it was the easiest call of my life - thanks for the memory.
I love it when the announcer says "Under the lights" !
yes but I hate it when he calls a set "trips"
Incredible. I've been in this situation before (on the losing end). I'm betting in regard to my having a full house, while my oppoent is carefully betting with his four-of-a-kind. So I'm losing everything. It totally sucks to be on that end of the deal.
I had almost the exact same hand two weeks ago at my weekly game: Watched a guy take down two players with quad 3's. next hand, I get pocket K's against suited J6 for that same guy. 4 K 6 on the flop, I C-bet to clear the field, he stayed along for heads up. Turn is a 6, I slow down with a mid-size bet to draw him in to my full house, he calls. River is the last 6, giving him back to back quads. I see him twitching, but I have him covered by almost double his stack, so I toss a large bet for about 75% of what he has, he snap shoves. I pause, thinking there is NO WAY he has back to back quads, but he was awful quick there. I know it's the only hand that can beat me, so I call it and get smacked hard!
Lesson of the day: be aggressive at the start, don't let people stay to catch a hand!
I just hand this same exact hand yesterday. Not kidding. I had the kks. Was a brutal Beat. Bought back in and had it again am hour later. Same hand again.
My biggest losing hand. It was a straight five card down hand, no draw. I was dealt the boat, lost to quad 7's.
3 way all in after the flop in a cash game in Manila. I had 10 9. Flop 10 10 9. Opponents A 10 and AA. Turn I cannot remember but the river of course an Ace. Omg.
Had the same on Pokerstars with my 77 hand, flop K77. Re raise war and all in on the flop not so happy ending for me since the river was K and my quads wasn't big enough against four kings :(
The amount of chips in the last hand is so juicy :X
Nice group of hands! Very entertaining!
Wow that dealer really ate his Wheaties this morning. What a hand
that first hand, same thing happened to me, live, playing at LUXOR in vegas. Only, in my scenario, was even more exciting because villain had KK, and I had AA. Flop comes AAK. Obviously, villain was loving life, seeing he flopped a huge boat. He bet aggressively on flop, turn, then shoved all in on river. I snapped him in a nano-second when he shoved on river. Obviously his glee turned to instant sorrow once he saw my quad aces.
Bad beat jackpot?
I mean he'd be beat by 2 hands
4*
@@horenzodipartendo8225 only 3 on the flop, probably more on turn and river
AA vs KK how did all the chips not go in before the flop? Because 99% of the time they will
I will stay subscribed and will watch to the end as long as the clickbait comes first like this vid. Great work 👍🏽
"He just got these chips"
"They're gone" lol
Very fun to watch!
Had the same pain in Vegas. I had KK villain had 44. Flop K44. You never forget the big loss
Crazy hand 😮✋🏻
Crazy hand!!
8 of diamonds from space!!
That happened to me with pocket A's against K's it flopped AKK most painful costly hand I ever played.
but isn't that a bad beat jackpot in most places?
@@jumpieva Bad beat is four 8's or better
@@richkerby4726 What is the bad beat jackpot about usually where you play?
@@robertdemon3550 If you get beat with 4 8's or better on a bad beat table you win the jackpot. I was on a table on Party poker when the jackpot was over 560,000 the loser won 500,000 the winner of the hand won 50,000 and the rest of us on the table got 1000. I've never seen it in any of the casinos. I've played in.
@@richkerby4726 last time I was at the crown in Melbourne they had a jackpot if you flopped a royal you won a million dollars and if you have 2 suited broadway cards like AK and your opponent folds you turn them up and they run the flop.
14:00 Couldn't Hart and Pokervincent run it twice for the side pot? Or isn't this allowed at The Lodge?
Lol at the smirk comment 🤣😂😂😂😂😂
Happened to me..AA..flopped A99. 1 outer to hit the bad beat jackpot of about $89000. Of course I missed my quad draw and lost to quad 9’s.
Heh, if I had 99 there I'd be hoping for you to hit quads.
I saw something like that happen with A2 vs KK. KK raise, A2 defended big blind, flop is AAA and A2 insta jammed hoping for a fold.
A2 wanted a fold so that because there was a high hand promo every 15 minutes and quad aces would win it but one of the rules is both your cards must play. So if KK folded then A2's cards would both play.
I'll probably never see something like that again.
AA always loses to 99. Especially when someone at the table says “I folded a 9.” It’s just one of the many unwritten poker rules.
@@BrettMKW How does the high hand promotion work, do you win a small jackpot if you have the highest hand after 15 minutes?
@@robertdemon3550 Sort of. It depends on what casino you go to but the general rules are:
1. They do this every 15 or 30 minutes. My local casino is 15 but I've seen 30.
2. You need a minimum hand to qualify, generally in the vicinity of aces full of jacks.
3. Both cards in your hand must play (so no, your ace high won't count when the board makes quad nines.)
The reason this guy shoved his A2 after flopping quads is if any more cards come out, his deuce won't actually play because there will be a kicker higher than it on the board, so it would automatically not qualify for the high hand promo. It was a really smart idea that most people wouldn't have thought about on the spot. Unfortunately he ran into KK which called him. It's probably the only time I'll ever see someone upset about getting called on an all in after flopping quads and subsequently winning the hand.
Now that I think about it, I'm not sure about if this would be legal but an absolute sicko move would have been to go all in and show the ace before a potential hand like KK could call.
Was at Thunder Valley Casino last week. THREE SETS FLOPPED. Winner hit QUADS. So sick.
J8 is very optimistic. With AA i would have liked a raise on the flop, when flushdraw...
Now that’s entertainment!
Wow..... nice runs and awesome play
Is that Brett Hart with the KK? 🤣🤣🤣
Raise 4X vs. your opponents when holding Pocket K K's
Some crazy hands…
Same thing happened to me in a large tournament. I had kings, oppent had pocket 8s, flop k 8 8, was first hand of a 650 buy in. I was out first hand
That's brutal
What a dirty flop.
when people go in the tank for ten minutes do we have to sit threw it?
Hart is the nicest dude ever. Tipped me $300 one down, was my second down dealing at the lodge.
he did the 2 handed all-in push 😁
Wow - that’s insane
Nope, it's just POKER !
Wow.
Jack420 Approved!!!!!
What a cooler!!!
Hands card for newbie gameplay.. So easy no headache
I had this same thing happen to me, except I had pocket nines, the flop came 966 and my opponent had the pocket sixes.
yikes yea sucks, me with AA to 99 flop A99 at Neeme meetup game way back with Brad at my table lol
I had worse, I had 66 and the flop was 466, 46 suited. I check to get some raises one dude does I call and the river is 3 suited giving a flush. I check again, dude goes all in and I snap call to lose 4kplus. Dude had straight flush.
@@kingmerlyn4615 Ouch! and you usually need quad 8s to qualify for the bad beat jackpot.
I got something similar I had QQ, flop come 27Q rainbow. I fired on flop, got a couple calls. Turn was 3, fired a pot bet, got called, River was a 3, went all in and got snap called by dude with pocket 33. I about cried.
It happens to me honestly same flop. So I shove all in and make me cry
Been there. Done that.
Poker an der Lodge ist wie Tee in Asien - wunderbar exotisch und zugleich lokal
How does a heart or diamond not hit the river on that first hand lol
I was praying for that!!!
IKR.
Because there are still spades and clubs in the deck 😁
same on last hand, two flush draws! Poor AA
been there, done that, taken the beat...
The same thing happened to me. Pocket jacks (me) vs pocket deuces. Flop came J22.
I wonder if Hart just bought those chips.
These Texas fish look so juicy🤤
That first hand could have been some real fireworks but no everybody had to check around,,, 🙈
I call shenanigans
Sometimes you're just supposed to get stacked
Yup, that was just a setup. Played fine IMO. Maybe he can small bet flop
They should edit out the long pauses as people are thinking. Also the long song-and-dance as the dealer sorts out the bets.
A❤️ on the river would have been something to see .
A king on the River would have been something to see
I would be smiling, too! But you want to be careful not to gloat, or rub anyone’s nose in it.
Table is full with fishes !!!
LOL, does EFAN live at the Lodge???? LOL!!!
When will the producers put the names to the players so we can know who is who?
Thought that was jungleman in the thumb
how the dealer calculate how much every one makes when the pot is full of all wins?
You only win what you have. Its not hard to calculate. If your hand is the best but your chips are lesser than the rest, the balance of the chips will go to the person who has the 2nd best hand.
If your hand is a losing hand but you have more chips then everyone, you only lose to the winner based on how much the winner has.
I can't tell you how many times I've seen AA vs KK on Betonline. Yes, I know, online is faster so you see more hands, therefore seeing "odd" hands is increased. But it happens so often that it has to be rigged in someway
Why is the clip 16 minutes?
No way
They said what cards they dropped while last guy was still waiting to call in the 3 way all in pot.
8:33
Loved killa k saying "one time"! Running it twice or more isn't poker
Great waste of time by the dealer making the side pots when the effective stack scooped it all. Train your dealers to deal the run out first!
Indeed, that is exactly the same I was thinking !
Hart kind of looked like junkie 😂
I was playing for fun online and this exact situation happened to me... of course I was the guy with the KK coughing up my stack to the quads. 😭 🤮
Jack and Hart = J ❤️
The flush draw being greedy at the end only running it once
Remember kids, Pocket Aces always get worse with the more cards that are out.
j8 is very sick
Imagine if a heart came out for Efan.
Efan is such an bad player ! He WILL lose it ALL someday !
15:33 - care to call it a set??
Why wouldn’t the flush draw run it at least twice there?
Because it’s hard to scoop on both boards, so he went for it all,
when i put my money on draw i always play it once, but when I’m ahead, if my opponent asked i play it twice
NEVER ever run it more than ONCES ! Just like the game SHOULD be played ! Even if I'm way behind, I will NEVER play it more than normal !!!
How sick would it have been to get the Ah or Ad on the river??!!
Ad was no good.. His only shot was the Ah or a running pair (that’s not 6’s or 9’s)..
@@jacobjones5269 I think he means the first hand so pokervincent or efan would have made a flush even though it would be no good.

I had a flop like this at motor city casino in Detroit at $1-2 table. I had 10-10 Flop came 10-10-A I bet $40 on flop and buddy raises me to $140 I called. Turn was blank, buddy says all-in for last $200, I call. He flips over A-A, I show quads, table goes nuts because we wanted me to lose, BB JACKPOT was $800k so we prayed for A but it wasn't to be. Closest I ever came to making$240k at a $1-2 table. Still ended up winning high hand for the hr to for $1000
If the bad beat jackpot was at $800k why would you have won only $240k?
@@robertdemon3550 you only win 30% , the rest is the guy that beat you gets like 20% and others at table all get paid
Never fold your Aces and never say never 😇😇😇🙏
Ummm, no. Getting married to aces post flop is a good way to lose a lot
Ever notice how nobody gives af what you folded?
@@frankrizzo5155 😂😂 so true. They say "never say never", but NEVER be like that guy.
gambling losing is very sad to watch\
That J8 was fkd. Terrible call (maybe I can see an occasional balance call against flush draws) and just deserved to get owned.
The rare occasion something like this happens in a much faster online game, everyone says the site's rigged. I suppose the real deck here is rigged too right?
2:50 Sadly people with mask are one another planet..
They don't see that all of us without mask are " OK " we'Re not sic or die on the street haha
Anyway was pretty insane hand.
There is nothing to do in this situation. It's death for the full house, unless you hit the last king in the deck.
All the subs here is from another space?
I crack up when people use d bag nicknames on streams
At 3:38 the Js8c was questionable, but every other hand was reasonable, pre-flob, and made for an exciting round.
Of course, AFTER the flop the Js8c became a little more interesting.
Be badass if river was a ❤️
Yo boy an mine
If only the river had been a red card, seeing the big stacks miss their flush made me sad.
It’s “Ace from space”. Not “8 from space” lol
"J,8" This is Why i just say Fk it & Play More OMAHA Now!! ☹️🤪
Was so excited to see a hand like this, stinks they did have any money in front of them. Still cool

I’d be impressed by mike predicting the 8 of diamonds if I didn’t know he has a hand-by-hand printout in front of him....
He does? And slick rick just lets him trick us like that?
That’s why you see the dealer wearing the headset and telling someone exactly how the hand was played so they can load it into the poker software that shows us the cards on the screen - every poker stream does it this way.
@@pocket_nutz9163 No, the hands are picked up by RFID and land automatically in the software. The commentators don't know the outcome of the hands or which cards will come - why should they be informed about that? It would suck to know every hand to come and probably would lead to dull commentary.
@@pocket_nutz9163 You have remarkable insights. Have you witnessed in person how these printouts get processed at the Lodge? Without compromising the security supposed to be ensured by the 30 minutes delay.
