The music is OK. It needs to be turned down enough when people are speaking, so that one isn't fighting to hear the voices. And sometimes, it's best to have the music off altogether so that one may hear the mountain and the struggle of the people trying to climb it.
Otherwise, the music would probably make an interesting soundtrack CD. Particularly when Ali is singing.

The sound sucks because Wonder don't make videos, they just buy them from the people who own them and post them on RUclips. They don't balance out the sound because they don't care, they just want the ad revenue. It is a shame, this might have been good to watch.
Daniele Nardi & British mountaineer Tom Ballard died together on Nanga Parbot in 2019. Tom Ballard was the son of famous mountaineer Alison Hargreaves. Alison was most famous for climbing Mt Everest alone, with no oxygen or Sherpa assistance. Alison died on K2 in 1995.
Oh thats a sad bit of news her son is gone now too. Of course the Italian too. Im convinced there is a type. Its supported by research. Adreniline seekers. They need it or they feel like they are languishing…..dying a slow death. So many different types of people! I have an adreniline seeking spirit but so fearful due to responsibilities. And im born to serve. Others are not

Daniele Nardi (the Italian guy who's speaking at the beginning) died on Nanga Parbat in 2018. It's weird to publish this video from 2014 now, with no mention of what happened to him later.

Daniele Nardi and Tom Ballard died on Nanga Parbat in 2019. It was Daniele Nardi's fifth attempt to summit Nanga Parbat in the winter.

in an interview the guide Ali Sadpara ( RIP) said that because of his fast speed he was ahead of other 2 guys so they told him to stop for them. when he stopped his head got frozen due to very low temperature causing him concussion for next 12 hours and he lost the way.

I think the music is fantastic, the problem with sound is that the sound is poor quality and music louder than voices. Other than that it’s a beautiful movie, and it makes me very sad to know that Ali, and Daniele, whose dream it was to climb Nanga Parbat, are gone… such dedicated, pure-hearted people. Away from the commercialisation of the Himalayas… Those are the real heroes, who climb solo or in a small group, and rely solely on themselves.

I'm not getting this. Why not climb when the days are longer and the weather is better?
Because as insane as it sounds (and it is certifiably insane), they want to one-up other climbers to claim they did it with significantly higher risk.
They view it as competition. If someone climbs it in summer and on an "easier" route, they want to climb it in winter and in a more death-defying route.

Very difficult mountain to climb even looks like equal in technicality to k2.
Yeah it's definitely one of the most treacherous climbs on earth. Right there with K2, Annapurna, and Kanchengjunga.

Don't lie this route was never submitted the murmury spur because all the summited can only make it or the 6000 meters and then either hit by avalnche or fall to death including murmury in 1895. The ist ever winter summit was done by Ali sadpara in 2016 through the kinshofer route which is the safest of all routes and you said without ropes liar
