I think you should make a tutorial on how to make the duck statue/monument from your city,to my knowledge there are few videos that show this,but I mean, it's just an idea

I think this best replicates an Intamin Drop tower, especially the ones at Kings Island and some other parks.

Try using command blocks to make it rideable. Mine carts keep shifting the blocks down uniformly.
