I like the color change of the redstone torch, but I like the little sparks that hand off of the old design. It's still cool though. Love the vid- As always!!

Torch is made with coal, it burns, make some fired coal flakes. So that's why torch has those textures. Redstone dust is Radioactive metallic dust, bonded onto a stick. So torch flakes textures isn't that fitting for redstone torch. The new redstone torch is more accurate than previous
