I always love your reactions, whether I agree or not, which is very rare! This has to be my favorite reaction of them all!!! As my grandma used to say "Your just as cute as a button"! 🤠
Lee Brice has a terrific voice. This is a fun song that got a lot of radio play when it was released 10 or 12 years ago. I'm surprised that George Strait didn't gobble this song up, because I can sure imagine him singing it.
Haha I saw Lee Brice at the Blindhorse Saloon in Greenville, SC back in early '08, before he'd released his first album. He had written More Than A Memory for Garth Brooks and had a couple singles on the internet, Happy Endings and She Ain't Right so a couple a buddies and I decided to check it out. There was MAYBE 150, 200 ppl there max. Before the show i went to the men's room which was completely empty so I picked the middle urinal...and 5 seconds later this big 6'3" dude in a backwards Bass Pro hat broke guy code and used the urinal to my left without leaving a space. I was kinda like 'really bruh?' until we made eye contact and the 'what's up bro' with a nod. And I was like holy shit that's Lee Brice! If he makes it big, that'll be a helluva story. The honkytonk was empty enough that we ended sitting at a picnic table right up front with his then-fiance and his parents, who were beaming with pride. She was a sweet gal and his parents were super friendly. Haha now the dude is packing stadiums, it's crazy.
Great reaction as always!! I got a really fun song I think yall will enjoy!! Its called " porch honky ) by moccasin creek! If you get the chance give it a try!
@@ThisandThat-JC you’re welcome! I don’t know if you saw but I commented last night about new/remakes of music Morgan [Wallen] released yesterday that I think you’ll both like 🥰
Sooo Morgan Wallen released a new song today on his RUclips channel along with others that are titled under “Abbey Road Sessions.” (He did them when he had his concerts over in London) You guys need to hear his new song “Lies Lies Lies” (it’s only on RUclips now and not “officially” released as a single) and the other Abbey Road sessions! There are 7 total - and one is a cover of Nothing but Thieves’ song “Graveyard Whistling,” which I had never heard of before but it’s really good too (that’s not listed under “Abbey Road Sessions,” but just under the list of all his videos on his YT channel ☺️ Even if you mix them in throughout hearing other artists, you guys need to hear all of the songs (all of the songs are: Everything I Love, I Wrote the Book, Thinkin’ Bout Me, I Deserve A Drink, Sunrise , Lies Lies Lies and Graveyard Whistling) - they’re done sooo well and you can literally hear a difference in his voice (he has commented he was working with a vocal coach when he had his vocal chord issues so maybe that’s why..?!).. If you ever saw/listened to any of the Dangerous Sessions or One Record at a Time Sessions, they’re done similarly, just recorded at Abbey Road Studios 🥰
I love this one by Lee. 'Hard to love' & 'Rumor' are great too.
Such a great song.
