She couldn't sell it full price cause it was used and buying a new one it's expensive. Surely it's not for 'sustainability'. For real sustainability you don't even buy leather.

So what was the first coat, a primer?The final color looks like black or charcoal gray.Not sure.
Her chosen colour was midnight grey and we always send colour samples to our clients for them to confirm their favourite shade ☺

Go get your own if this upsets you so much. The owner wanted it changed and got what they wanted.
Black always works, but not with this texture. Something feels slightly off because the black doesn't reflect like a black one should.
