For crunchy tacos, I like to microwave round slices of provolone for a minute in the microwave on parchment, then quickly fold them and hang them upside down to harden. Then, of course, there's not a lot of point of adding cheese to the taco. I have it with a low-carb pico and guac, plus shredded romain+spring mix. Some people like to microwave shredded cheddar for the shell, but I like the provolone more because you can use that round slice (and I like provolone more anyway.)
We buy Siete almond flour tortillas from Costco for about 60 cents each in a package of 20. I imagine they would taste similar. Also, we like the hard shell tortillas from Sprouts which are grain free using cassava flour. Thank you for the video! There can be no meal plan without tacos!

Cool! My suggestion is to add the cheese to the meat just before to use that on shell. Left the cheese melt a bit to become a glue and then fill the shells. Then, more cheese on top and oven for maybe 3 or 5 mins, then those pico-de-galo veggies, guacamole, whatever you like. Other top is to add a few graus of gratred provolone to the shells recepy. For those who prefere crispy tacos, the favor and the texture will be upgraded...
Would it be possible of you to create videos of low-FODMAP and keto recipes? If such combination is possible at all lol. I have only come up with less than a handful of those.

Made this today, with mushroom, onion, capsicum, zucchini, a little grated cheese, a little tomato paste and a little chilli sauce, because I had no sour cream on hand. YUM! Hubby thought so too. He said "They are much nicer than the almond flour recipes" I told him it IS almond flour! not sure what the carb count was, but it was nice and easy to make.. thanks so much 😁! He also had one open one, with a fried egg with cheese melted under the grill over it and liked it as well.
@@Jillwozhere - I used chia seed gel instead of xanthan gum. The tortillas didn’t bind together. Do you think me substituting the xanthan gum is the problem?

The ingredients in those tortillas are not clean. If you are doing Healthy Keto, I would not use them all the time, maybe when you're in a pinch. I like using Egg Thins and when I want a real taco feel, I make my own. Good Luck!

Yet the person, appears to be woman's hands, does have interesting tats. They appear to be of Egyptian. perhaps Muslim in design or some other ancient symbolism. Dr. Berg, my friend asked me a very good question, and I think you would have the answer. How safe is it to cook with parchment paper or wax paper? Are there any chemicals that might seep into the food? What about getting wax in your food, is it safe? I know it has nothing to do with this video but when she rolled them out on wax paper I remembered.

Make sure to make your own taco seasoning...the seasoning packets contain msg and many other ☠ chemicals.
Or by the seasoning from Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods. It’s what I do! Also the Siete brand has great cassava and almond flour tortillas!

To many! For 1 shell if my calculation is correct it 8 net carbs. I accidentally ate 2.
