Even though I’m not a pilot, I would consider buying one of these bags, as I live in the U.K. and travel home to family in Ireland near Dublin quite frequently - aside from trains and coaches from Manchester via Chester and Birmingham, changing trains/coaches onto the ferry at Holyhead for the Irish Sea crossing can be a real hassle, especially with only 6 mins to change trains at opposite ends of the station at Chester in particular, then your bags get thrown around both at Holyhead and on arrival in Dublin - these days, we all have a lot of tech and accessories, cables, chargers, etc in addition to the normal stuff and so carrying a wheeled suitcase on a busy train is not really the best option in my 21 years of travelling between the U.K. and Ireland - I had a (larger than standard carryon) wheeled suitcase for less than 12 months and the wheels ended up being broken after only 6 months due to it being thrown around at Holyhead/Dublin and because of the luggage racks on trains

Thanks for the review. I really like the Crosswind bag and would use it as my personal item on commercial flights, but not having a trolley strap or some way to attach to your main luggage is kindof a deal-breaker for me. Hopefully they will add one in the future?
