- 072324 - The Sunday before this video, Mrs. Unaffiliated sent a link for a Facebook Marketplace item listed for $750. It was a CT70 clone motorcycle located in South Central LA just listed/ After going to pick it up and getting the seller down to $600, we brought home her very first motorcycle.
There was quite a lot to tackle with the cheap non-running bike but we got it running in tip top shape all in the same night we bought it. After one more day of going through everything to make sure it was running right and safe to ride, she hopped on and learned the following evening.
We fast-forward a few weeks to show you an update on how much she learned and how she's coming along.
This was her decision to buy herself a mini-bike with gears to learn how to ride a motorcycle. We know what you're all thinking, "next thing you know she'll have a Sporty chop of her own too!" Well, we've got some bad news for you; she loves her mini-moto but loves riding 2 up on the Evo and Cheetah Bike.

Have her take a local motorcycle riding class.
Only costs about $80 for a full day and they provide the bike and start with classroom instruction.
Well worth it.
Thanks for the tip! It sounds exactly like your username: safe & effective!
+1 for the rider safety course for her to be taught safely and properly.
Its actually $400+
@@SummerEazefacts. it is pretty expensive these days, BUT money well spent as its always good to start learning the right way.
@@ervinbrion7343hey Ervin ✌️ yup you right about that!
So proud of her and proud of you too. She did great and you're a good teacher.
I admire how fearless your girl was. Learning is all about failure. To learn you have to be willing to fail. I was proud of her as well.
She's doing really good, proud of her, Rajah was keeping an eye on everything so all good. 😄
She is gonna have her own sporster in like a month , hell yea!!
It's always funny after you learn how to ride and get it you end up thinking " What was all the fuss about ", it's easy. 😅 Good for you teaching her how to ride properly, and your nice and calm. Can't wait to see more.😊
Your doing great!!
I wasn't as good as you, when I first started.
I give you five out of five 🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍 you got this!!!
She did awesome! (so did you as a teacher lol, I can see teaching your girl to ride can for sure get frustrating). My first time riding on the street after taking the CMSP was coming home from the dealer 😂. Take it slow and she'll get it in no time. Also commuting to work helped me learn a lot of skills quickly since you get exposed to many different scenarios. Good luck and ride safe 🤙
@@thechunkyhen good advice
Your gal did great on her maiden voyage I'd fab a chain guard. That open engine sprocket looks dodgy. Ride safe, people!
I was watching some of the older vlogs like #93 or something and i can’t believe how young Mark looks lol. Great video! Thanks
It was great she’s leaning how to shift from the best teacher, keep up the good work
Rad bike. Can’t wait to see how you personalize it
This video really brought out the comments. I thought you did a fine job teaching. To teach you give the information to your student. Then have him/her use the information. After the teacher test and corrects any deficiencies. Finally the student tries again with corrections. I found when students were learning a new skill they did better when they could work the problem as much as possible on their own. I agreed with another comment about specific words like afraid kinda puts that emotion front and center, but you did well. Encouragement is probably the most important of all. 🙂
Not bad for the first clutch ever! Good Job!
Good deal, gets easier with time and practice
Hell yeah! Cheetah Girl is on her way to becoming the most Chopper of the group!
Go Cheetah Girl!! You can do it! It’s all about practice. I want to see you riding a Sportster next year.
@@matthewcruz3926 Me too!!
Awesome,,,the new whipski is right!!,,,❤👍👍🥃🥃
Those are great. And can sound great. First thing to get is a pipe.
you go girl.....
Indonesians make some sick ass scooter chops out of em, yall should chop it up fr
You down shift to a light as well, you let the engine naturally brake for you. Pulling in a clutch as you get close to the light to stop. Also you don’t want to be holding in the clutch in 3-4th gear coming to a light and your speed is super low because if you have to gas it to avoid a situation, you’ll be bogged down and won’t go anywhere quickly. It’s a defensive riding technique. You should be thinking ahead when coming to a stop, clutching in and braking is more for abruptly stopping. Once you get into first than coast.
Thanks for taking the time to clear that up! It’s actually a conversation that we’ve had off cam, just didn’t want to bore the audience with a run on segment explaining that to her etc. it was actually in this video at the gas station but we decided to cut it out because it was pretty lengthy. But yeah as someone who daily rides, we made sure to explain that to her thoroughly.
Thank you again though for making sure to point that out!
Very Kool bike to learn to ride on.i think your wive(cheetah girl) would look pretty fine riding a sporty chopper.cheers from brisbane,Qld, Australia 🦘
So much harder to teach or learn when it's with a relation, easier with a stranger
It was actually pretty fun! But different strokes for different folks!
I’ve notice there’s a ek hatch in the garage. I know it’s a bike show are you ever gonna show us the hatch
Funny you mention that haha, maybe one day but it has been in a few of the past videos. Non-op’d it a few years back since we don’t drive much these days.
Here’s 2 videos where we drive it:

Practice Makes Perfect 🙌🏽
Siiiiiick scoot where did you get it and what’s the ticket on one of those
Scored it on Facebook Marketplace off some guy in South Central LA for $600, took a lot of work to get dialed in but these go for about $1609 brand new
Encore quelques semaines et puis l harley après 😉👌👍👍👍
Do you recommend this exact brand and model? It looks awesome
Yes! Very hard to come across but when you do, they’re great little bikes!
Cool little bike! Good score for the price! Good for Cheetah Girl wanting to learn the clutch and gears! Ride safe steel cowboys!
She did well, but there does seem to be a mental block for Americans to learn driving stick,I guess it's not an issue in the uk as we have mainly manual vehicles here
@@vinnylee878 not necessarily true, I grew up driving stick, and my son bought his daughter a car with a stick for her first car.
@@vinnylee878 Sorry, your right. I looked it up, and most US citizens do drive manual transmission cars by a lot. I know so many who drive stick it didn't make sense to me. Again, Sorry 🙏
I mean do not drive in the previous reply.
Not going to critique your instruction method just have one suggestion the words that's what I was afraid of or that's what I was worried about the two words worried and afraid she's already feeling that if you are saying that you feel that she's gonna stay afraid looks like it worked out well maybe you're The natural instructor
Ah, great insight! Didn’t even think of it like that, but it makes sense! Thank you for pointing that out 🙏🏽 Truly appreciate that!
Honda rebel next stage?
Let's gooo
