This was such an odd season. They had some player turnover, but began the season looking really strong on the offensive line, Manning was throwing with more velocity, etc. Somehow, the defense had gotten worse, they didn't have that slot/option presence of Welker and seemed to stall on offense, Montee Ball proved to be an impatient runner who was easily frustrated (and unfortunately injured), and Manning's body started to betray him. Even in this game, something about his body language became negative in the second half, as if he could tell he would be in perpetual pain. Such a shame. It really felt like they could have won 3-4 rings while Peyton was there.
Yea, I recall Manning got injured against San Diego unintentionally blocking on a run play. I think he pulled a quad muscle. He never physically recovered from that and his stats went steadily down hill from there.
That quad injury ended his career basically. By the Bills game late in the season you could tell he was really struggling to put whatever power he had left into his throws
I am all for the refs letting them play if they aren't sure but if you can't see that this dude was down not only once but twice it makes me wonder the the refs are watching.
OK, Switzerland is a small country. In the USA I look for a big SAK but the Swiss have not graduated upward yet. POO, The things at the end of my wrists are meat hooks and they need a tool fit in the that size action.PLLEEEEAZE!!
SIDE NOTE: I don't care if Brady plays into his 50's, wins 14 rings and throws for over 100,000 yards, he's still not as great of a QB as Peyton Manning was.
13-13 playoff records still has the record for most QB one and done after having 10+ win season, 2-2 in the SuperBowl, 5* MVP but unlike Brady the Colts built a team around him since he was drafted in 98 and he still choked alot', Brady on the other hand was unknown in 2001 only people that knew him was people that watch College Football and Michigan religiously and after the Deon Branch and David Patten he won SuperBowl with Undrafted free agents and cast off later on we see Gronk drafted but still Brady had alot of accomplishments with Cast off and late round picks and now has 7 SuperBowl rings he's GOAT 🐐 Manning may have records but he wishes he would of had just as many rings as Brady did
If Brady were to accomplish that (let alone what he’s already accomplished), then those rings and stats would speak for themselves. Getting to that many Superbowls and winning them isn’t a fluke. Brady gets it done most often when it matters. Manning couldn’t.
Then you must not know football lol on the patriots and Broncos welker was the best slot guy in the game. He found spaces in the middle of the defense nobody else could. That’s why Brady and Peyton loved having him
Crazy to think Peyton is 1-3 against Indianapolis in his career
1-2 I think
@@Ironman374 1-3 including postseason
What's 'crazy" about that?
Broncos opened up and closed their season against the Colts.
Started out "United In Orange"
Ended up "Crushed In Orange"

In 2014 the colts needed more then just luck to win AGAINST the Broncos and Peyton Manning
@John Foster not in 2014 2015 season your wrong. They beat the undefeated Panthers to win the Superbowl.
@@mmjmedic822 : Panthers were 15-1
@@mmjmedic822 no, the Colts went into Denver in the Divisional round and beat them 24-13.
