First off, thank you for your good work and love the video. Also, I will buy it... Bosch here is my money, now for my grievance: its very smooth and performant, much power delivery and cadence until you reach 32 km/hour and then it BOAT ANCHERS me into a downhill and my 7 year old passes me with her 18 inches Roscoe. ( Hi dad! - Hi hon. ) Nevertheless, I will still buy it since I am a well mannered obedient little consumer.😂

The display and cockpit layout is what ive been waiting for from Bosch, interested in what the top tube display will be as some new bikes have a bigger cutout. Like that they have focused on refining a good system. Think they have a new feature that helps with a standing start on a steep climb that helps control the power delivery better?

Probably get flamed for this, but enjoy the Aventon Ramblas mid-drive (250w) for it's delivery. On ECO, it's torquey. Had to to EMTB mode on my Bosch CX (2024 Cannondale Moterra Neo 3, so Gen 4). Ramblas is noisier (not as noisy as Shimano), but you will never feel lacking. Ramblas needs full sus (hardtail) with a better front fork. Other than that, more fun, nimble & torquey.

People have this new shiny object thing with DJI. Bosch is a proven system they are highly regarded across the market. I do not see how anyone can compare a product that has not been market tested yet. Bosch for the win they are king of the hill! Autoshift seems to be the latest thing with all the players launching some version of it. The feedback on it good from most reviews but I think when deciding which bike you are going to buy auto shift isn't on the top of the list. A solid tough motor is probably at the top. So Bosch is just checking off the rest of the boxes as the motor is already highly regarded. Thanks for the review!!

@@alexbiketester Dji doesn’t need other brands as much as other brands need DJI. That is the point of a primer brand like Amflo. It proofs Dji has access to quality frame production and the rest is sourcing the same components as the established brands. The big brands have no edge in quality since they all source from Asia anyway. Don’t you get it? Dji was sending a message: we can go it alone or with partners or both. And the industry heard it loud and clear. That is why videos such as this are frantically saturating social media in an attempt at damage control before the wave hits. Just watch. I'm not coping. I fully researched everything and spoke about the DJI with the one person who has tried it in the world properly and the Bosch plus I've tried nearly all the other motors out their. So, check out all my other videos:-) I'm going to do a live sometime soon about this as it's a hot topic.... One thing that's important is that the business behind reliance and real world rules and also warranty and service for the systems takes time to build. You can disrupt and offer headline numbers, but it's not a mobile phone .... It's more complicated and expensive to do than that. New entrances have an uphill(pun intended) struggle to get to the level of Shimano or Bosch. Reality is there will be a small churn rate, but actually swapping systems whole sale and burning a whole brand and sector is not going to happen in a magic moment

@@alexbiketester 1-2 years and dji will have 2major brands. Triple that one year later. I suggest you demo the Dji motor. It’s next level. Dji software and motor efficiency is beyond anyone in the industry. You would be surprised at the deal’s incubating at eurobike Dji will disrupt more than you know on a brand relationship level as well as a product demand level. It’s just beginning. Bosch knows this and you can smell the panic. Shimano too. Shimano last minute software boost for the 801 is desperate and questionable considering their motors past issues. But hey keep pushing the incremental improvements until the can catch up to DJi. It’s not more complicated or expensive to do than a mobie phone but my analogy was simply about massive disruption. Dji is massively disrupting the industry and they know how to partner with well regarded American and European brands. Prime candidates like yeti, Santa Cruz, trek, transition, pivot, Ari, revel who need more reliable systems than fazua or Shimano will probably surprise next year. In the meantime you can tell it’s coming by the fury of “software upgrades” from everyone else.
