With Android relying on the usb-c connection, which is pathetic and often doesn't support data drives, a wireless option for mobile devices is desperately needed.
We didn't get to know the transfer speed of it which would be very important. Also I would have been interested how it plays videos over the wifi also it it is capable to play 4k videos over the network (to a pc or any other devices). We got a lot of blahblah instead.
@@TechTronic9000 I use the cable plugged into my PC but the wireless indication no longer lights up. Thought it might be because of the driver. I tried to reset the WIFI at the back but no luck.
I remember that I have had a similar issue and it was something with the USB cable / port or the HDD being too discharged, so when connected on the USB was trying to charge and start and it wasn't able to do so. Try to plug it with the original charger, let it charge for some time and try again on PC.

Exactly so this fits in nicely as it supports USB / WiFi for best compatibility.

Thanks for the info. I will give it a try.
Did it work?
Unfortunately I don't have the original cable. I will try though with another cable. Thanks for the follow up.

Fantastic tool loved your video hope you make more.
I'm glad you liked it.
Do you still have the Windows 10 driver for this drive? I found one I had but the wireless light does not switch on anymore. Thanks
On the Windows 10 I use the USB cable and doesn't need any driver, it's also faster than using WiFi

If it's connected on USB and works it has no sense to star WiFi also.
Thanks but that’s the thing. My PC is not recognizing it, lol. I think something is wrong but not sure what.
