- come along with my on my first trip ever to las vegas! i thought i would vlog some of my week with my family in vegas. travel with me as i take you along with me to the pool, restaurants, casinos, hotels, clubs & more.
also a side note about my skin- i am currently figuring it out & thank you everyone for your concerns. if at any point in the vlog i seem sad or not very expressive it is only because my skin was bothering me and it hurt to move my face, i was having a great time!

welcome to my home! But obviously as a local, I don't spend much time on the strip haha. Also, re: skin in vegas, its also SO DRY HERE... you have to use an ungodly amount of moisturizer lol. Anyway, looks like you had a blast!

I went to Vegas for the first time this year! Its so cool because there are so ma y things to do. You can go again and again and have a totally new experience than the last time. ❤

Nice decision staying at the Palazzo. It is my all time favorite hotel and ever since I have stayed at Las Vegas once, I have been obsessed with learning about the hotels.

Vegas is a fun place to visit. I go the Casino and play 21. I don't stay long at the table. The longer you stay at the table the more money you can lose. The dealer lets you win the first few hands to build your confidence and they got you. Hahah. You just have to know when to walk away. That hotel is nice.
I needed to know when to stop 😭 I would always win and then want to play more and lose it all

It really is wild how they create the hotels so you don't ACTUALLY have to leave them.
And the water situation! YES and Vegas is drryyyyy as balls. I visit friends there often so I always amp my water intake, increase my HA, and use more moisturizing moisturizers... Vegas aint my fave 😅

When I travel I bring my own pillowcases AND face towels. The skin on my face doesn't play nice with the laundry detergent roulette between hotels. And the silk pillowcases help my hair out too 😌😍
my aunt took me to vegas when I turned 21 and I swear I didnt sleep for 3 days! I was waaaay overstimulated😂

I had some crazy skin changes once I got closer to 30! Kept getting these weird rashes around my mouth and nose. Found out I'm allergic to SLS in toothpaste...took me 4 years of on and off rashes to figure it out lol hoping you can find a fix for when you travel!

It could be the detergent used on pillows on the bed. Is the most rash on the side you sleep on?
i use the same detergent as my parents!
Do you have travel size containers of products you use when traveling? Maybe a travel size toothpaste or moisturizer that’s gone bad? It might be moldy in there or something even if it’s the same product you use at home.
yes i do! but all products were new and ones I always use, this has been happening every time I’ve gone there for over a year so I have been able to rule a lot of things out

Glad you had a good time in Vegas! I haven’t been since I was a kid… before we went to Japan.
As for the skin irritation, do you use a different shampoo or conditioner/ hair products while you are there? That could be another reason… but going to a licensed dermatologist or aesthetician could be your best bet.
There was an event in NYC today for a RUclips over at the Lincoln center. Hope you were able to go!
i actually use the same shampoo & conditioner and products because my mom & i use the same ones! and i didn't hear about that event!!
@@alexiseldredge then I think you should definitely go see an esthetician or dermatologist to make sure. Sometimes changes hormone fluctuations can change how your skin reacts to normal things you used to be okay with. Something similar happened to me when I was in my mid 20s and again when I turned 30 💦
Loved the gold chain and red stone, never saw that before and, the hotels are suppose to be putting TV's in the mirrors now according to other bloggers.
I live in Buffalo, NY and we have very hard water! Im pretty sure it’s the same in NYC…. I could be wrong! But like I also lived in Florida and there it was soft! Ps loved this vlog!! ❤❤
upstate water is way harder and more similar to ohio's than the city & long island- the water here is very soft! i only know this because i took an environmental history of new york class in college haha

@@alexiseldredge yea there’s like no water fountains in the casinos and bottle water prices in their stores are 😬. But if you go outside the casinos and into the walgreens in the middle of strip or the ABC stores such as the in the Fashion Show Mall then much better deal. Otherwise you can gamble and get complimentary water bottles if you gamble enuff : P 😝😝

I don’t think it’s the nails, this is the first time I have had this done and this has happened everytime I have gone to Ohio for over a year!

Came back from vegas during memorial day weekend. It was cool. Stayed at the paris.
I am almost 32 and I still get stopped lmao
Been to Vegas twice and I ended up getting sick. First time I had the flu and the second time I had strep throat. I have not been back since 😭 It was so devastating. We take long vacations anywhere from 7 to 11 days and I was sick the entire time! Didn’t start til the day after arrival both times. I really thought my second time was a Vegas redo. 😩
