Ive noticed some smoke from the drips on the under sheet does that give th egrill taste as well? maybe some hot cast iron sheets to create vapors from the drips possible?
it was a good result! can one premake 20 of this put them in a blaster and then reheat them for another day? if so how do you warm them up again? at 110f so that they go up slowly and dont cook more? thanks for the tons of videos you have. been usin rational for more than 15 years didnt know one could do all this things .
Can I cook more steaks in different temperatures in the same time? Like let's say i have to cook 2 medium rare ,1 medium and 2 well done? My boos bought it for a new restaurant that we are opening but i have never use this oven before

The iCombi offers various washing processes - it always depends on what you have prepared. But you can also contact our chefline - our colleagues will help you directly. www.rational-online.com/en_xx/home/
When in real commercial kitchen this wouldn’t be easier. Because of the size of the steaks. This will be fine with same size and same cuts of meats. If you running a function then this will be helpful.
