Nope not worth it to be honest, if you can't hit your target we'll because if server lag, you will lose all your ammo before to can even deal dmg to them.
I don't know what the logic is with that, but... yes, Damper and Tamer (and I think all other weapons in that family) are affected by the Eddie Noll pilot
Eddie Noll should increase the rate of fire just like Raphael Petit increases the flame damage radius (30%) to be considered a ideal choice. It could be 20% or 25% too...
Maybe for the blast shotguns on a robot that doesn’t rely on a specific pilot but for rechargeable shotguns he should never be an option, half my shots miss with havocs due to lag so with the pilot I would miss most even all shots
I have 3 Eddie Nolls, and one of them I'm using is for Lancelot with blast shotguns and another one for my Ultimate Destrier with Shatters and I still need Hiruko drone for that robot so it'll be a cool frag shotgun build. The other Eddie Noll I have hasn't been used yet until I found another idea for the setup.

I've always found the way RWF shotguns equalize. The most noticeable ones are the sonic shotguns. Even if you alternate your shots from the start they'll eventually equalize and start firing at the same time which makes zero sense to me. I've never looked much further into it and if anyone has an explanation it'd be very useful.

It's like racing your Porsche against someone with a Honda Accord. You know you can't be beaten. It takes the fun completely out of the equation. And your constantly matched against Big wallet players that you don't have a chance of beating. Nice video.
ultimate pilots basically exist already. the pilots that come with UE bots are near impossible to get. furthermore, the big wallet players dont like squishing weak hangars. its not fun, we're all just victims of pixonics shitty matchmaking.

His skill needs a tweak (10% >>> 15% fire rate) buff, at least.
It's not worth using that pilot. A one or two second difference is not a significant range to be better.
I look at it as any edge one can use is beneficial

Pair Eddie Noll with Sharpshooter skill + Master Gunsmith and it would be more noticeable 👍
He is a eh pilot for lower ranked people not the best not the worst.

Yeah I am a bit late with TS videos. I'll likely put out videos about them once rebalance is decided and hits live server.
An argument can be made that he's a "niche" pilot. Useful in a handful of situations or where you're trying to outbrawl someone's reload times.
